I just want to say this is one of the few M2 build videos that actually went over replacing the awful default stubby case feet. I just replaced mine following this guide!!
Hey @DCBYCA, Thank you for your honest feedback and apologies for any confusion. We’re more than happy to assist with your issue: 1. The case feet video sent is a standard part of CS support process. But like you said in the video, this part is not designed for the M2, so it's in user DIY territory. To make it more clear for others, we have updated the description for this product as well. 2. Regarding the missing GPU Locker Bar, we’ve had instances where customers had difficulty locating parts in their packages. That’s why we ask for photos-so our warehouse team can help identify any missing items. Please get in touch with Customer Service and we will take care of this :) Thank you again for the support!
@@ncase_official hey guys, I did contact CS as soon as I noticed something was off. I thoroughly looked for the part in the original packaging b4 that and even looked behind my couch it definitely isn’t in there. It was mentioned that this Thursday would be the day something can be done, and I quote "will record your information and issue and forward this to the product team, we normally deal with replacement every Thursday so we may get back to you by next week."- end quote. I don't know if that means the part will be shipped out or not but I will definitely follow up on Thursday.
@@ChrispyAvocado We’ve checked our records and believe we’ve found your ticket-did you reach out to us on October 18th? We typically ship replacements every Thursday and aim to resolve issues within a week. Could you kindly send us another email to confirm your information? We’ll make sure to ship your missing part this Thursday (October 23rd). We recently restocked some Silver Grater M2, so the delay may have been due to a miscommunication or a temporary warehouse shortage. Thank you for your patience!
most of the time, PC cases come ready to go, this sort of case is just for the enthusiast that wants more customisation for their case and enjoy the assembly of the case itself
Much better and informative than Ncase's own videos. I ordered and received round black one and that feet thing threw me off. It is not a beginner's case. So newbies out there, think twice. Pros: premium material, small package. Cons: lacks quality control, instruction or lack there of, after done with vertical gpu mount, backside has a lot of uncovered space i.e. ugly.
For the back there are 3D print files to help cover it up for free if you have access to a 3D printer, and it would also be cool if there was a cnc plate of some kind for the opening tbh
Did you contact the support about the missing parts? (was it only the GPU secure bracket that was missing?) Are they gonna send the missing parts out to you or what's the deal there? Considering this specific case myself for whent he new X3D cpu:s drop, but these types of issues makes me a bit wary...
Yes, I did contact them this past Thursday as soon as I realized it was missing, it was the only thing missing as far as I noticed but it's still a pretty major part being that I can't mount a GPU securely without it. I also mentioned the screws for the feet didn't match the manual. Their solution was a YT video about how to use those screws and I had to send pictures of my case in an email. They claim they will send it this Thursday coming up, but I don't know how long it will take till I get it. So I have to be extra patient. The customer service person said "They will let the product team know"
yea it just sucks when you waited like 2 months just to receive your product with a QC issue. Imagine if I had my parts I would have to wait more time to complete it...smh
I'm seeing WAY too many people (on NCASE's discord and Reddit) saying their flatpacked packages arrived with missing parts and NCASE hasn't responded to their support tickets. This is beyond concerning for a $200 "premium" case.
I was missing the extra cost feet from my package and it took a good while to receive them. It was a packing error on their part and wish it had been handled more quickly than it was. I did receive them several weeks after I first contacted them.
@ at this point I can’t choose amd is definitely the better choice dollar for dollar at this point for gaming but I’m curious about any updates to the platforms
Hard to justify anything outside the Ryzen X3D chips if you're mainly gaming with them. Even if you choose the older Intel gen (13/14th series), you'll have to deal with the potential instability issues on top of having more demanding cooling needs while performing worse. Feels bad if you're an Intel fan right now since Arrow Lake has so many regressions.
yea, I feel that, luckily we are all waiting for new PC components to drop that's why I'm being a bit more patient, but with the time I waited to get it, I was super disappointed when I found out the GPU lock bar was missing. It would have been cool if they had a gunmetal or grey-ish color as another finish option
@@AlphaConde-qy7vi a white m2 isn't for me lol, it appears that option is only for the M2 Round variant on their website. I was really digging the sliver and black plus My current PC in the Lian li o11 Air Mini is white
I completely agree, the grater is the version to get... But it is not in stock... And is hard to know which bracket use for the vertical mount, the feets, which are obviously too small 😢😢

This might just be how my unit is or maybe I didn’t fully insert it. I will mess around with it a bit. I will have a follow up video soon.

Great video! Is the power button on the back? I don’t see any usb hub or audio port like the non grater version.
