What a beautiful backyard and pool that was awesome driving in the pool I would have just jumped it you made it look like a professional dive! Then sneaking up to hubby was cute.
Kudos 👏🏻 to Hannah for filming and walking tightrope across that narrow ledge!! That jump into the pool looked so refreshing- lol on your post-swim hug 💦🤣 !!
You are so funny Laura, made me laugh I’m sure Greg loved the wet hug on such a hot day I needed a rest from gardening today after weeks of preparing for my open garden yesterday but I thoroughly enjoyed watching you and your team garden You always make my day ❤️❤️❤️
Omg Laura! That is exactly what I would have done to my man on a hot, busy day!! Ironically, and sadly, he passed away 10 years ago of a heart attack. (Sorry, but it is being reminded of these times brings me a heart-glowing-smile). Thank you.
Besides the priceless dip in the pool ending, this is a great video with lessons about succulent garden maintenance with different plants in different micro-climates a yard has. 🌞
I do remember this garden and it is so much fun to re-visit and see how the plants in all your installations are doing and watch the changes that you make. Funny watching you carry around the cutting of A. cameronii while giving us the tour and as soon as I saw you taking off your boots I knew where you were headed!! Splash!!
I love the neighbors backyard with this landscape. It makes it seem very oasis like with the palms and bird of paradise with this lush succulent garden.
Olá bom dia querida Laura! Essa suculentas no jardim está tão linda nessa coloração vermelha! Fico apaixonada com as cores e o tamanho delas, muitas flores na eufhorbias, bela agave.
What a fun and instructive video🌵I cannot imagine how many electrolyte gallons you all downed. I know what Vista felt like today and I did minimum outside. Greg is a very good sport and I bet he enjoyed the hug, in more ways than one ❣️
The plant replacement is PERFECT!! I love it so much!! And every time you show us the backyard of that property I can’t stop looking at those pots that look like a beach. So freaking stunning!!!!!!!!
Your videos are so entertaining and educational and today's gave me such a great chuckle. Life is so good. I am kicking butt with cancer (for the next while) so you bring a lot of sunshine into my day. I share my health not for sympathy but to let you know the difference you make in this lady's day. You're a gem and I love you. Thanks
Hi Laura and DFS team! I love your channel and watch every upload. I’ve learned so much and have even started my own succulent garden thanks to your help! I’d love to know what knee pads is Greg using and does he like them? Have a great weekend!
Oh - me again with another comment lol but I think a little variegated agave or a barrel cactus would be pretty good to replace that portulacaria afro variegata that you talked about removing! :D
Lovely landscape. Thanks for mentioning troubles with imidacloprid. I and another nurseryman friend in Lompoc found increasing resistance to this nimical as well as the
Chemical as well as the whole nicotine vs pollinators prob Used the IGR Enstar 5E for about 30 years with great success About $150/pint and well worth it
Beautiful! How do you sterilize your clippers at end of the day? Might you show from beginning to end what you place at bottom of large pot to make potted succulents?. Love this channel! Thank you!
Beautiful gardens! Thank you for sharing! The three face pots on the fence I’ve been searching for for years. Can you please find out where they were purchased? Thank you so much!

Have you ever thought about totally exposing the branches and cutting out branches on those giant jade plants that get too big and make it look like a bonsai piece instead? Probably extremely easy and makes for an easy giant showy piece that won't look overgrown anymore.
❤️ all your videos and advice. How do I stress my Cameronii before our rainy season starts in South Florida? It arrived with a long stem from a 3 gal container. I ordered from California!
Maybe the neighbour behind the fence had poisoned some plants and the poison seeped to the cactus? It’s so close to the fence, it could be an issue from over the border?
Typically, just replant in new soil, unless bugs are present in which case I treat the soil with a systemic like Bayer tree and Shrub, before replanting.
Hi Laura
At first i thought you were just going to wet your feet😱The pool looked deliciously cool💞
Laura, you are my soap opera drama 😆 🤣 😂 the wet hug you gave your husband was hilarious 😂 😂 😆 🤣

Next time Laura: Full Monty! You are so much fun 🥰 Absolutely the hug was the highlight of the day. Cute smile Greg. Great installation.

I needed a rest from gardening today after weeks of preparing for my open garden yesterday but I thoroughly enjoyed watching you and your team garden
You always make my day ❤️❤️❤️
This time you chose to dive in! Am I remembering an unplanned entrance in another installation? Our succulent goddess as a mermaid!❤️
I think about that every time she does an install with a pool!
What video was that? I saw it once but couldn't find it again
haha! that dive and hug though! you're really fun to watch! such goodvibes!

So sorry for your loss. God bless💕
Just by the first second of the video I knew what install this was!! 🤪🤪 I have definitely watched your channel for a pretty good amount of years lol

These are the best looking gutters ever. The color contrast is amazing.
That was the best when you jumped in the pool. 😂 Thankfully they had one. Thankfully we will be back to our San Diego weather tomorrow. 💜
I always remember this property from the "watering succulent tip" episode you did with Jose and the other guys. Very funny and informative. 😅
I love the neighbors backyard with this landscape. It makes it seem very oasis like with the palms and bird of paradise with this lush succulent garden.
How time flys, I remember when you worked on this install. Perfect ending on a Very Hot Day.🤗🌵🧜

Of all the jobs I’ve done landscaping was my favorite, to get paid to play with plants is the dream.
Girl the second you touch your boot I knew you going to do it I knew you’re going to jump into the pool love it

That pool and garden look awesome! 🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️
Have fun while you work
Love the variegated opuntia
You are so talented!!
A barrel in the shared space next to the cameroni aloe would look lovely and anchor the space more.
Lol! I was so wondering what was wrong.......when you started taking off your boots!!!! And then you jumped in the pool!!!!

Awesome fluff! If you need a home for those aloe cams, I can come by and take 1 or 2 off your hands! 🤪
Laura is so fun!

Agave looks like a "appalanata cream spike" so I think your right ✅️
I think the dilapidated fence is the elephant in the room on this one!
💚👍

Hold your horses Laura! Minute there thought you were going to strip down to the bare minimum’s 😳. That would have been a real "hot mess "🤣🤣🤣🤣
And I add…beautiful work as always👏
You are so crazy to jump into the pool with your clothes on. I was wondering why you were taking off your shoes and socks. I just love it🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just got my first procera, cameronii and milii at Toro nursery this morning.
Woohoo🎉🎉🎉

Hi Laura im third to comment 😆 ❤️love watching your video from PH 🇵🇭
i have pilosocereus in ground here in Florida and they do fine with the water and stay super blue.
Interesting! Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks!
Thank you so much💕
Did you toss the pilosocereus? Id love to try to problem-solve and rehab!
Just like in Pasadena 😂
10:21 what's the name for the red succulent on the gutters? ❤
🥰
🤩🤩🤩🤩😘
❤️ all your videos and advice. How do I stress my Cameronii before our rainy season starts in South Florida? It arrived with a long stem from a 3 gal container. I ordered from California!
Cut the stem off and allow the wound to callous completely in a cool dry location before sticking the cutting in the ground😊
@@LauraEubanks ❤️ thank you.
🙋
Maybe the neighbour behind the fence had poisoned some plants and the poison seeped to the cactus? It’s so close to the fence, it could be an issue from over the border?
When something dies or rots do you treat the soil before planting something else there? If so what do you treat it with?
Typically, just replant in new soil, unless bugs are present in which case I treat the soil with a systemic like Bayer tree and Shrub, before replanting.
Lol... I have a "garden of death"..... My most beautiful iris came out of it
Summer hot months wear short tights and in customer pools jump in ! Instead of the heavy jeans
No planning went into that dive, I assure you🥴
maybe the area with the pilos and sad dracena just has a nutrient deficience or imbalance
Hold your horses Laura! Minute there thought you were going to strip down to the bare minimum’s 😳. That would have been a real "hot mess "🤣🤣🤣🤣
