As the guy who requested this topic, I am so proud. I tried making my own bubble build that was all faith and actually used Elden Stars to kind of blind and dazzle and confuse the enemy and then tooted my ass off and they usually couldn’t keep track of what was what and eventually something gold would explode in their face and then I’d smash their face in with the Greathorn. This build is better lol
Lmao the way you describe it you had something like a fireworks/confetti build. Give the enemy the razzle-dazzle then bonk them in the midst of the light show
Every morning I wake up to see a new video that gets down to the numbers with Chrightt. Oh boy time to tell everyone about you again because you actually explain things in depth while also giving people the option to have the thing they want without explanation. Edit: Honestly looks like fun regardless of your struggles. Makes me wonder if there are ways to set up even more.

Love the bubble build! The fashion is very similar to my favorite looking setup. tree sentinel helmet, Rahdahn's chest, Leyndell soldier greaves, and Malenia's gauntlets 🔥
I love to see a good off-meta setup, but... you really should get into the habit of free aiming bubble shower, and banana-casting your great bubble. It goes a long way!
Banana casting great bubble? What is that? 🤣I tried free-aiming shower but free-aiming it just doesn't achieve the close-range version well. You'd have to look down a lot and still fail to achieve the close-range version well enough, and I pretty much YOLO'd all my shower casts at relatively close range so I didn't bother free aiming it.
I guess with banana-casting he means, casting it backwards but locking on at the last moment (when the character won't be able to turn around anymore). the bubble will make a long circle to track the opponent. this is best used with the arrow's reach talisman, which increases the range of the bubble. I'd recommend watching Mahqez's videos to see jaw-dropping combos with the big bubble.
Ey Chrightt, care to make a christmas themed build based on Ebenezer Schrooge? Don't worry about fashion, i already got that covered. (Old Aristocrat Cowl, Ruler's Robe, Spellblade's Gloves, and the Finger Maiden Shoes (because they look like slippers), or you can change out the chest piece for the Cloth Garb and the gloves for the Bandit Manchettes for a more shakened-up look like he's in the middle of experiencing a nightmare!)
Hey this question isn't relevant to this video, but since I know you're the math guy, do you know how the leveling works in the new coliseums? Is there any reason to stay at meta anymore? I feel like I'm playing people at all different levels in there. I'd really appreciate someone to answer this if possible. 🎮
Not entire sure on the matching formula either, but I think you still get matched with people your range whenever possible. If matching takes too long you can queue into other level ranges.
@@Chrightt it really feels like whether I wait a long time or a short time it's all different kinds of levels. And I played w 2 guys the other day on my team, I was 208 the one guy was 130 and the other was 450. Do you think they match us against the highest level on the team? Cuz I mean I was still beating some people pretty bad.
It is an option indeed, but my FP isn't high so have limited casts (i.e. 2x roiling magma + 1x great oracular). I'd use the envoy's as a spare if I had more FP.
I tried to plan a Horny Snowman build a wile ago (that's what I called the envoys during my first playthrough), but I really struggled with the armor. I could not find any chest armor to visually match the envoy crown that was also at least decent. This was back when 61 poise was the breakpoint and before light roll got buffed, so maybe I can revisit it.
@chrightt Off topic chrightt but I'm curious of your opinion on the 60% barrier spells. In pvp my main builds are a faith pyro and a melee focused int build(knight gs and two ss main weapons with spells for pressure like magic glintblade). Whenever someone sees me cast now I see either flame protect or barrier of gold used. It lowers the damage I do to a downright halt to the point a full dual ss l2 combo doesn't even take out half of their health. My spells doittle either. I run carian glintstone staff at 60. Fully charged comet did 195 with barrier of gold active. Knowing regression takes longer to cast and costs double the fp it failed to save me. Do you think they should be nerfed in pvp like drake talismans? When someone uses the lvl 10 fortification spells the def boosts helps them alot, I can sti do damage(even if significantly less). If you think they are okay where they are how would you recommend fighting them as a battlemage int build(I have no problem posting the build on request). It is a lvl 137 meta level invader I've taken into the coliseum
It really is a pain, especially for int casters. Your best bet is to lean on cold status effect or hope your teammates aren't also int based so you can do more supporting. Wait until they don't have buff/died and punish those without magic negation buff up. If this is 1v1, don't let them barrier at the start or punish them for it.
I guess if you’re sticking to this being used in the pvp arena, as long as you can land kills, you’ll always have an FP flask. His main source of kills is bonking, the bubbles are just to setup distractions.
"If you haven't closed the video already, that is." Wdym, let's quit this stupid video game already and analyze paintings for the next 10k hours or so.

A well rounded statement.

I have no idea why they made these spells but they do seem kinda fun to use. Fingers crossed for DLC bubbles being better for sure
The Bubblechad just sitting there watching the mayhem around him, that was glorious.

It's the smiting finger. Also, yay bubbles 👏👏
Love this, making fun nonoptimal builds and then minmaxing them anyway is da best
Saw a bubble build in colosseum, it was quirky but was hitting for good damage.
your vids are best
Rolling magma seems like it could be fun to use, maybe with freezing mist as a combo build that focuses on controlling area
At some point I want to combine Roiling Magma and gravity spells to pull enemies into it. I’ve seen a similar combo that uses the same principle.
Great oracular bubble has been my favorite thing lately

I love the bubble weapons, they're so silly. And the fact that the longhorn is actually really good in PvE makes it even better.

if you guys wanna see cool tricks with the big bubble, watch Mahqez's videos. she's like, the best caster I've seen ever.
You're so calculated it's scary
You forgot the hat that boosts bubbles 🙁
🤣 I went for more poise in the end to try to stop interruptions. That crown only boosts bubble weapon arts which is a smaller part of the build.
