If u want to protect your pylons u can do the same with the corruotion but for ur pylonsIf it stills gets hit by the corruption and hallowU can cleanseYou can also get some research if u search the courruption and hallow v
I streamed terraria yesterday and luckily when my friends and I entered into hard mode none of the pylon bases got hit!
