Desert/dessert is something I have to check each time I write it down. A friend of mine solved the confusion with this mnemonic: "Dessert" has 2 S's, which stands for Strawberry Shortcake. 😄
I just got myself the large glass bottle of the cherry sunburst, that is a really beautiful ink. I use it in my red rosewood fountain pen, since the colour of the ink and pen are similar.

I love those, the honey and cherry particularly. One of the most iconic sunburst guitars I can think of is Buddy Holly’s Fender Stratocaster. I think maybe it had both the honey color and the cherry color, you know they start in the middle with the lightest color and then get darker with the edges usually being a dark brown. The way I remembered to spell dessert/desert correctly in school is that dessert has double S because everyone always wants double of their dessert 😋

Tobacco Sunburst is my absolute favorite ink! It can also be a dupe for KWZ Honey.
