    I'm currently working through this activity and I love it. I did my first values activity in my first college class, and I remember discarding with glee the values my parents had that I didn't share. I was so excited to be in college and feel like a burgeoning adult who got to be ruled by my own values for the first time.
    .
    Fast forward a few years, and it's great to revisit this activity. I see the seeds of my old top five values, but I realize I've picked all different values this time around. 🙌

    I did a similar exercise a few years ago and that’s how I began my path of intentional living 😊

    That NA column is really powerful! And I love the idea of breaking down work into what fits into my values. It is helping me see what is and is not working which I haven't been paying attention to.

    Love the sheet system! I started using a similar one some weeks ago to put ONLY meaningful things in my daily agenda and it's working quite well!

    This video is underrated and under-viewed in my opinion. Value setting is an essential part of intentional living that is often overlooked or done in an incorrect manner. Great content.

    I had same experience with Facebook and thank God i did break that bad habit which was typing the f and getting on on Facebook and wasting time. Which wasn't giving me any value to my life. And thanks for this exercise.

    This sounds like a fun challenge for me since I have this tendency to play things by ear with my day to day life sometimes. Structure is needed, but if you allow even the littlest bit of leniency in some cases, it could lead to some kind of switch in your mood or routine. Thanks for sharing! :)

    Thanks for the great video!
    My questions are:
    1. I can't get the list below 10, but it seems too many, is there any ideal number?
    2. One day I feel ths is the top, nex day that priority, but cannot fix prio, is that normal? How to fix priority?
    3. A few depends on the other or next values, is this case are they just one
    Ie Honesty and Accountability, what I think = what I say = what I do, hard to differentiate. Same with Brave and Confidence, confidence is a byproduct when I'm brave, direct cosequence. In these cases, are they 2 or just 1 value?
    I call 2 value metavalues, referring to other values like Freedom because without them, the rest don't make any sense. Any thoughts on this?
    Thanks in advance

    • @aongaro
      @aongaro  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oooh! A really good exercise would be taking some time to define what success means to you in your own life. Figuring that out means you can find which activities reflect that. :)
