Do you find training at that volume has any impact on your joints? When i upped my running volume and raised the intensity of my metcon workouts, my knees and lower back didnt hold up too good. My diet is similar to your own, i also use joint support supplements and i make sure to warm up and recover properly too. Any advice? Thanks buddy

See i struggle with leg raises, as i cant get my legs up that high to target the lower abs rather it being a hip flexor movement, but knee raises i much prefer doing, i feel more tension on the lower abdomen from knee raises
