The young girl in this video is turning 100 this year. Her name is Jeannette Bertrand. Her boyfriend is Jean Lajeunesse and he actually was her husband.
i know im asking the wrong place but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid forgot my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Issac Jett I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
According to the copyright date at 0:21, this was filmed in 1947. I don't admire the cinematographers having to set exposure for night shots manually with probably only extinction meters to help them. The mayor of Montreal wasn't wearing glasses, so I bet that was Sarto Fournier, rather than Jean Drapeau.
I made my first visit to Montreal in 1989. It is an interesting city with the charm of Paris. Often called the Paris of America. Everything is carbon copy IE clothing and cars. Interesting fact is that it was my first experience with Eastern weather. I went in late spring and the weather was warm and humid. It didn't bother me at all.
Thanks to the Internet, we don't live anywhere in particular. An effect noted by Marshal McLuhan in the early days of what he called "electric information".

Very nice city
It was in Montreal that this farm boy saw his first skyscraper in 1977 at the age of 13.

Mayor was Camilien Houde.
LMAO, this isn't Sarto at all. The mayor you see was Camilien Houde.
Absolutely Camilien Houde , 2 years out of his incarceration
