Hi Eric, THIS is the TH-cam channel I have been looking for. I am about to start my own concrete contractor biz dealing with, primarily local city governments (I currently work for a city). My question is, IF you found a way to perform a service that was a bit revolutionary, allowing you to have a large advantage over your competition, would you "shut up" about it? Or, would you still seek advice (which I need)? Who is "safe" to talk too about it? I am afraid my system will just create competitors that I do not need.

David you have to tell someone about it. The government is always looking for revolutionary ideas and technologies that can help improve the warfighters effort. Look at my video on OTA's and CSO's.

can you do one on how to win contracts on fed bid? more of these posted contracts on fbo seem to be transitioning over to the bid system which is hurting our small business performance, and we are losing bids.

They do not .. they have hundreds of websites because they have 1000's of agencies
