The landmine press is one of my favorite exercises for chest & shoulders. Really effective in targeting those areas as one of the movements I include in my workouts.

Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on website called Dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 4000 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

Bro my advise is to take supliments only when you are convinced that you cant grow more without them unless you have to compete.i have been lifting for about 2years and still feel that i can gain more without supplements by improving the diet.

Last time I did this workout routine, I injured my shoulder... today I’m gone try it again but hopefully with a different outcome haha
When I do a landmine I stick the barbell in the corner of a wall or in the corner that is outside of the cable machine. That works better for me.
That works the best BUT it destroys the wall!
