I have a question. If I got a physical copy of this game could I keep it from updating? Like once it downloads the base game could I pause the updates, or would the update download be a part of the game downloading onto your ps4.

Also if you check some of my more recent uploads though you can see that the ps2 version can still get interesting texture corruptions for runs just not to the extent of the ps4's.

This speedrun stands as the one good thing about Sony not understanding how to treat their old properties.
The entire trilogy and jak x were all loaded with really terrible bugs and glitches along with pretty terrible frame rate dips all over the place.

I'm not exactly 100% sure as I have not done it myself but I heard that it cannot install the base game without updates sadly.
