      Seems a bit too much? It isn't. SUPERB! EXCELLENT! PRICELESS WEIRD!
      If a story or movie is certain particular brand of creepy, scary, or tending to make one's flesh crawl, I have a strange habit of laughing. This is one such tale. AWESOME WORK, I HAD A BLAST!
      Other examples include the scene in the first Jurassic Park: Jeff Goldblum is in the back of the Jeep, Laura Dern and the Muldoon character are in the front. The T-Rex 🦖 is chasing them; and I'm the only fool in the theater laughing like a hyena 😁😆. I had worked myself into the empty seat beside me, hilarious 😆.
      Wait, one more. Jasper, have you seen the movie Below? Near the end a real jerk is passing by a mirror and saw a delayed action of his movements in the reflection. Then the face of the sub captain he helped kill appeared. The first time I saw that, I almost spit out what I was drinking 😆😆😆😆. Caught it just in time. I had to have guffawed for twenty minutes 😆😆😆🤗😆😱😆😆😆😆😆😱😆😆😆😆😭😭😭☠️💀
      Bless you and thank you so, so much.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

      @@waningmooncancer9628 I'm glad the humour in the story came over. I thought it was very funny too.
      I haven't seen "Below" but I agree with you about "Jurassic Park". If I can wax lyrical for a bit I would say that Spielberg is almost alone in modern cinema in his abilty to film action and "scare" sequences as good as the ones in "Jurassic Park" (although I'd say the scene with the trailer hanging over the side of the cliff in the sequel may be one of his finest). His talent is staging these complicated sequences so that you know where everyone is in relation to the other, you know the stakes, and the cause and effect is clear so you're thrilling to it and having fun. I find a lot of the action in Marvel films and the like sort of noisy, disorienting and almost un-fun 😄

      @@EnCryptedHorror Yes, I see your point. All the attempts to make a complex plot leaves one confused. And Speilberg does make it comfortable and easy to follow the who's who, a raison d'être.
      Again, you killed it Jasper. Awesome talent you have. And I do hope you get to see Below. It's set in the time of WWII, in a submarine with bombings, bad guys, and a ghost. OH MY!😁🌟🌟🌟👍🕊️🕊️🕊️

      hahaha.....when I was a little boy I'd beg my wonderful Grandpa Ed to take me to horror movies--which he would--he was the best!...then I'd be scared all night for a few nights--then the next horror movie that came to town I was begging him to take me again--which he would, laughing all the way.
      Jasper carries on that tradition.

      Yes he is our own sinister, wretched old Uncle who occupies The Room In The Tower of his Keep, opening g the door to his chambers only to accept sparse meals from the servants, let out his horrible old Dog, and to admit us to sit Indian style in front of his hearth as he sips port, smokes his shag pipe, and in silhouette relates horrific tales to our young, tingling ears.

    Brilliant! I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this story, not knowing what to expect (the best part of any story for me is being surprised and delighted by unexpected turns (at least it wasn't an unexpected tern - heheheh). Fabulous production, as always - if I were wearing a hat, I would doff it respectfully. Then, my dog would assume my being hatted meant that we're going for walkies, and I'd be up to my waist in enthusiastic hound. Thank you so much!

    • @violetfemme411
      @violetfemme411 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Couldn't have said it better. Except for the walkies part, as I'm lucky enough to have a backyard and was able to fence an area attached to the deck. The downside is my fur kids now think a leash = vet visit or any ride in the car. Anyone know of a cure for dogs that seem to have incurable car sickness? 🤔 💜

      @@violetfemme411Walking them instead of driving them if possible,a backyard (however big) is not the same as actually taking your pooch/pooches for a walk yourself

    • @violetfemme411
      @violetfemme411 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@craigoliver8712 I agree. But with them being 2 young "littles" and the huge area they have to themselves, helps in many ways I feel I need not share in a youtube comment. Believe me (or don't) when I say they are the epitome of spoiled and very much loved and pampered pooches. They even have special "child safety seats" for car rides. The lack of sidewalks in my neighborhood, and blind areas in the twisty street, with almost no sidewalks, requires a drive to a fenced area, and that brings me back to the very large area we have dedicated to them. Might I mention, both dogs have car sickness, so even though their car seats are elevated to allow them to see out all windows we choose not to take that option unless we are both going. They are never "left behind" and are the epitome of much loved, much spoiled (literally always wherever we or at least one of us is with them at all times.) I know I don't owe anyone an explanation or excuse for how my precious "babies" are entertained, but whenever I receive a message alluding to improper treatment of my furkids, rolling my eyes isn't imo sufficient. Have a great day 💜

    • @rickmills4801
      @rickmills4801 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@EnCryptedHorror Yessir.
      Although my sources for this are from E.A. Wallace Budge, and Aliester Crowley, I believe that "Tahuti" is the Egyptian name for the Scribe of the Gods. With this in mind, I was puzzled by the Author's depiction of the creator of language and writing, and the actual Speaker of the Word of Creation, in the Egyptian Theology, as a cruel and bestial being with such an antipathy toward Man. If you have time and want to read more about the "Gods of the Egyptians", a two volume set by that name, written by Budge, is available in paperback, and is quite fascinating, as the reason for the bulkiness is that it is a true translation and TRANSLITERATION, line-by-line, of the hyroglyphic texts, showing the drawings comprising the words, along with the Egyptian pronunciation, and the modern English-Language translation, each underneath the others, so that it's possible to eventually read and write Old Egyptian, if you want to go to that amount of time and effort, but the stories of the gods are perfectly understandable, once you get used to the strange syntax in which the stories are written. The work is also quite heavily footnoted, with a cross-reference and index which clearly shows that while one may have problems with Budge the Man, and his unethical methods of gathering information at times, he was VERY successful in making his work a truly comprehensive compendium setting forth the stories of the Egyptian Panoply. It will also show amazing corollaries with the Liturgical phrasing and principles of Christianity.
      A VERY GOOD READ!
