This video is slightly ironic. Considering what Gamefreak is now doing with the franchise.
The games OK, it's basically similar to let's go but, the encounters are a bit better, they added back the battle system, don't like the big maxed forms but other then that it's a basic pokemon game

(3:05) This is very interesting. Because in X/Y, healing with no pokémon works fine. But in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee, it now soft locks. Before X/Y, the game did count up until the variable looped, but it felt like it was something they corrected later. But that fix might just have been by accident.
Thats because It shows the pokemon being healed on the screen in lets go pikachu/eevee

That Egg in the video was actually a Bad Egg. Those appear when the game knows you're not supposed to do this. I just wanted to write that because I've seen some people wondering.

I kind of want to see a "Wild Pokemon Removed" playthrough challenge.
So basically a Pikachu only play through.
It crashes on menu most likely because of the “play with NAME” I assume that here it’s trying to access the data of our first Pokémon probably from some sort of array, and because it’s assuming we have one at our first index, it attempts to use it, if our array doesn’t have any element we end up with a memory crash!

You could actually do this in pokemon sword
1. Catch a Pumpkaboo or a ghost type
2.Level it up so that the pokemon learns trick or treat
3. Get into a double battle with the ghost type and the wanted pokemon
4. Use trick or treat on the wanted pokemon
That is how you make a pokemon ghost type without hacking or using glitches (the other type stays)

Like a Pokemon game where the bad guys are just gradually getting rid of every Pokemon and slowly the routes start to look more empty and trainers run out of Pokemon faster until there's nothing left but you and your partner and whatever legendary the bad guys used to get rid of the Pokemon (or plot twist, it's not a Pokemon at all, but a legitimate machine that was just targeted at Pokemon, and instead of battling a legend you battle the machine that's controlled by the evil team boss.)
