Although everyone in the Miura factory plays an important role in creating such beautiful irons, I'm convinced that the man at the end of the video has the best job 🙂
As an Engineer, this showcases the amazing refinement and care that the Japanese take when making a quality product. Japan, keep up the great work, the world loves your quality engineering efforts!!
That's why you pay $400 each club for this brand and why China an Mexico make the mass production clubs ...cast is way cheaper, but feel is hard with tin can sound . Bryson uses 3 D printed club heads.
I previously used Miura irons with satisfaction, but now I‘m using Fujimoto irons. Both products are great
Some day I will have some Miura clubs. They just feel so good, but a fitted set of Miura clubs costs 3-5x as much as my Mizuno set (which I absolutely LOVE). Miura are just on a whole other level.
Pure dedication & passion from the heart of these guys & gals 👏 🏆... It's no wonder why we "testers" are also equally passionate about the equipment we choose to "test" 😉
They save you money in the long run. You realise you have the best irons you can get so you dont swap and change. With iron covers my cb202s still look new!!
The hardest part is the formulation of the steel and making of the dies. There are too many dies to make here, several of each club and there are 11 clubs. Since the steel is not heated beyond 800 degC the dies probably don’t last as long
Back in the day, when prime golf clubs were a $1,000 each, Aircraft captains and crew imported them with glee. They did not have to declare anything like this.
As late as the 1970s , a set of forged irons was over two weeks of the average pay U.S. employees got. Even the cast clubs were at least a weeks pay. Now a set of cast is under 100.00. Not even 1/6th of the average pay.
When I was around 25 I worked in a book binding company. Lots of paper cutting, assembling, etc. I worked in the office but wanted to work the shop floor for a week to see what goes into it. It was fun, and while some things were a bit repetitive, most of the workers had multiple skills and shifted around different stations, sometimes even during the day.
Japanese Industry is trustworthy. The best. Greets from germany
😊

And the worst swing EDIT: Y’all are pressed and suck at golf lmao. I’ll take any of your $ anytime of day
@@MacDaddyOP Lmao alright Tiger Woods.

You know he doesn’t go to the range outside of work. Doesn’t have to lol
@@MacDaddyOP cuz THAT'S a determining factor of anything. lmao each strike sounded good to me.
Watching this during work break is so inspiring and satisfying.

Beautiful. I’m amazed at the amount of manual labor involved.

All super impressive but the lady doing the paint fill made that look so easy!
The best forged irons in Golf come from Japan. They look amazing.
in the world
The craftsmanship is remarkable. Akin to the way they made ancient Samurai swords but in a modern way.
Yea, but sadly, the masses don't give a shit about mizuno, miura, etc.
@@ryze9153 maybe because T100's and P790's cost $1,000 less...
@@martinw8062that’s what he said…
Wow, I was looking for buying Miura recently. Masterpiece. Japanese handmade is number 1.
I can’t think of anything in this world as beautiful as a Miura Iron. Wow!!! Just Wow!!!
i can, a mizuno
😏
All the beauty of nature in the world, and top of your list is a golf club?
@@stoolpigeon4285 No that's my Bentley Continental Supersport....
@@blaiseb1777 lol mizuno isn't even close to the same level as miura. their clubs feel plasticky too
Thank you very much for sharing. I’m playing Miura CB-57 and I’m grateful for your dedication.
I play miura cb 1008........so beautiful to hit ,so pure....gorgeous clubs
Miura TC201 is my new weapon. Very accurate and excellent impact feel.
Thank you very much for sharing. I love Miura.
love my km700 excellent craftsmanship
I have so much more respect now for the amount of effort that has gone into making my forged clubs. Thank you for this 🙏🏽

I have three sets of Miura irons and I love them all.
Oh the promised land of beautiful golf clubs.

Beautiful works of art!

I think that Japanese people are the best craftsmen in the world , so meticulous and detailed.
What a great swing by the tester.
I love miura
I love my Miura irons.
I've had a few sets of Miura irons. They're an absolute joy to hit
So this is why clubs cost so much!!
Geez make it automated!! Great video. These guys are craftsmen no doubt
Do any of these folks play golf? Have they ever gone to a range and hit balls to enjoy the fruits of their labor?

Beautiful Golf irons process from Miura. But who is the best iron maker in Japan? Mizuno or Miura?
Miura

Can anyone tell me the music that is playing in the background of the video?
Been trying to figure it out myself...I KNOW I have it on one of my playlists but cannot remember the piece it is.

As a welder and as a casual golfer. I can appreciate this video.
After watching this you appreciate how they are able to keep to $2,800 per set of irons. The craftsmanship is amazing.
Where do I apply to be a tester?
