You can see in the beginning up to the part before the "choosing" part, the girl is still wearing the bracelet, and in the part where she's sitting before the gravestone part, she's holding the hand of Paul, both of that means she's still holding on to him, she still hasn't moved on. But the part where she's talking to Jay in the "choosing" part, they show that she's no longer wearing the bracelet, indicating that she now decides to move on and take another shot at love again. That's really well presented. I love it.

It was only after 4 years when she finally was ready to love again. It wasn't so much as choosing between two guys as it was choosing to move on or not.
