you have no idea what youre talking about, the morrigans axes are 5 ticks on accurate so the ninja sigil does effect it, on rapid it becomes 3 tics. whether it was intentional or not that is the case.
@@aarondrivesabuslol you got it completely backwards. Korasi is already 4 tick so it's not benefitting from the sigil but the axe's are. I'm pretty sure it's a bug but as of right now, ninja sigil reduces the base speed of morrigan's axes from 5 ticks to 4, then using them on rapid takes them down to 3 ticks which is why Oda says they're broken. People are literally tossing out 3 tick 50s in masori, it's cracked

afaik he's always been insanely good at the game, there are clips of him doing 10-way switches in 1 tick. Always heard him praised as one of the best, never a cheater.
