Formula Student or Formula SAE is actually quite well developed and accessible especially in the UK, almost every university has a FS team. In Germany and Netherlands too with great teams such as TU Delft and Munchen University. France is developing fast with almost 20 teams created within the past 5-10 years (I'm the team manager of one of them). Spain, Italy, Austria, and even eastern countries have some.
So if you want to join them, there's nothing stopping you :D

Thank you for this information I am looking into colleges in the Netherlands because that is where I was originally from and I was trying to find in they had any formula student or SAE teams

£30k a year for a Masters degree engineer is nothing lol. Its pretty outrageous actually considering how much work and precision is required in the job. A McDonald's employee makes more than that for flipping burgers everyday, and he doesn't need to spend 100k on a degree to get there.

Depends on where you go to college in America most likely it will be more than that but if you go to Europe and you have a citizenship in a country in the United Nations it's going to be a large amount cheaper, even if you don't have a citizenship​@@OmkarNevse
