- Some of you may have forgot or never noticed... but the 1st Gen Infiniti G35 Coupe had a cameo in the 2009 Fast & Furious (part 4), racing beside the R34 Skyline GT-R. If you listen closely you can hear the VQ35DE sound and the Supercharger near the end.

Fast and Furious was never specifically about the cars. It was about heists and high octane action. Cars were just a byproduct of that idea. It’s a common misconception that the franchise was suppose to be specifically about cars.

The G35/37 coupe is still one of the best bang for your buck fast cars, especially with the 6 speed. My buddy had one run up to 260k miles and it was still pretty damn quick!

Infiniti is a luxury division of nissan it was sold as g35 for legal reason such as skylines were illegal and still is .It is a luxury skyline
Infiniti G35 and Skyline 350GT (V35) are the same. The difference is badge and RHD vs LHD. Also… they both use the VQ35DE engine which is the same as a Nissan 350Z. Ford also filed a trademark for Skyline preventing Nissan to use the name in North America.
