Thanks for the update. I’ve had seven abdominal surgeries and I can say that some stitch removal does hurt. It’s not excruciating but it’s more like a pinch. You’re going to do great. Just keep reminding yourself that it will take time to recover so it’s imperative you be gentle with yourself emotionally and physically. But that you will recover. It will get better each and every day. Sounds like a good plan.

The girls I saw online call it a Barbie butt..They had gone through a lot but came out very well. I am praying that the surgery goes well and that you heal well. I also pray that you are cancer free after all of this. You are a precious human being. I wish you all the very best!

Thank you. I have been watching her videos around the time she had the proctocolectomy. On one of her videos she suggested a waffle pillow and I got that. Also was interesting to see that she ended up getting a yeast infection and how she dealt with that so good information to have in the back of my mind. 💜
Jenny, please do not get upset with me. I posted this to your last YT. I look at those beautiful plants behind you and those wonderful healing hands of yours and I step out of my bounds of safety. What if you were to completely stop all fruits, veggies, sugars, carbs, et al. What if you discovered that all that is highly toxic to you? Would you quit them? I did watch one video about the carnivore diet and I have a friend who had heard about it and is looking into trying it and is recommending videos for me to watch. I am not sure it's right for me, but I will keep researching it. Thank you again for the info, I appreciate having options. 💜
