Fantastic video very informative, I have exactly the same car but in Italian racing red, and would love to do the same with the wheels. also fancy the carbon hydro drip for the wing mirrors and side vents but 7 hours of a journey, maybe need to book a holiday down there and get it done then
I do love the red! Thank you for the comment and support Gerry. Lots more places are offering hydrodipping now so you may have somewhere closer? Let's hope for good weather through the winter, to still enjoy the cars!
i guess Im randomly asking but does someone know of a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@William Madden thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
What an awesome video and a massive thanks for such kind words and high praise of our company and team👌 we loved working with you and your lovely Jaguar to achieve a high level finish 👍🏼 If we can ever help in the future please don’t hesitate to pop in and see us 😎
Ahhhh that R-S sound! I put together a video with a comparison of the XKR-S and XKR-S GT while I owned them both together for a minute. Both sounded great!
😅I came across it when looking to buy my Jag funnily enough! So cool to have owned both cars 😁 I hope you are in good health and have sunny driving weather 👊
Hi Henry! Thanks for your kind words. The XF-S is an awesome car! I'm fast becoming a big Jag fan aswell! You will have heard how good the XKR-S sounds in Qatar then! 😁
Enjoying your vids. You're so right, first things I did on mine (and every car I buy), proper wheel refurb, paint callipers and number plates. Yours need the proper X150 shaped rear plate 😜 - Adamesh do a nice one
@@QuickShiftTV2024 A local Aston Martin Dealership had this very same model and color for sale a few years ago. Sticker price was $136,000usd I still have the original brochure from the sales manager .
@@BrasspineappleProductions Luckily the price has come down quite a bit now, but values seem to be holding where they are. The one in that Aston dealer looks lovely!
Thank you Marcus. It is standard, just has the butterfly valves in the exhaust permanently open. Higher octane fuel tends to help. As you heard, it crackles when you shift on the limiter in 1st gear. Is yours an XKR-S?
@@QuickShiftTV2024 Yes mine is an XKR-S too, same colour as yours. Definitely the best colour for the car! Did you remove a fuse to keep the butterfly valves open?
@@xMarcus999x Yes- fuse 11 i beleive, but a quick Google search will confirm. It's behind the rear seats for certain. I do love the blue, but admire the white and red also!
Great content👍 although hard to take styling advice from a guy that wears a waistcoat!?😆 but on a serious note, I'm actually actively viewing this exact model with the intention of purchasing one for spring 2021...French/Riviera blue being a car colour I've lusted after for many years and GT3's being out of my budget, I think this is the next best thing 🤷♂️
Not sure if it was ever in fashion, but...I'm bring the waistcoat back! You won't be disappointed by XKR-S ownership. As special as they are- Guarantee if you pull up to any reasonable sized car meet you'll see another GT3. Just doesn't happen with the XKR-S (unless it's a Jaguar meet). Best of luck with your search.

@William Madden It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much you really help me out :D
Loving the wheels! Your attention to detail in maintaining the level of this car is commendable.👍
Thanks! The gloss really makes them stand out and means they become a centre piece of the car 🚗

Thank you for the work Black Stag! Very pleased with the results! Much more to come on this car! Thanks for the comment!

This is a stunning car! Someone had one of these in our Tower, when I lived in Qatar. I really love Jags, I have an XF-S Petrol LHD.

Ill have a look at the plate on the Adamesh site. Thanks for the support!
Awsome ....wish i can do my XKR the same
Most of these are relatively inexpensive Sky Fall! Have a go with a few!
French Blue
Very sharp
The colour is one of the best parts about the car! I love the French racing blue!

Bring back the XJ220! Nice job on this 😏
Any video on the cost and maintenance costs of this car.
Cheers
Great video! Can I ask, does your car have the standard exhaust? Mine never pops and bangs like!

What's your Instagram!? I have a 13' slate grey XKR-S coupe!
Not seen one in grey- Supercharged_kitten if you can search me up! Thanks Andrew.
You would be the guy I would want to buy a used car from...
Oh Jesus you bought from Alexander's. Terrible car dealer would avoid at all costs.
The rear plate should be shaped , yours looks horrible, find them online
