The L version is the same trash as the normal ones. theres nothing better in the cabin and a lot of not functioning digital parts. i hate the mp5's. such a waste of matetials
It's definitely not 18t. Rather around 9t. The weight on the truck's axles combined may be 18t. Drive axle 11,5t + 6,5t steering axle. Total weight with a trailer would indeed be 44t.
Nothing better than a scania s series..i got a ride once in one of them and the interior is like an s class. The price is also more than s class . Even in europe the top model is worth in multiple crores..

A lot of very old mercedes trucks & buses are still used in middle east. Some owners take care of them so well and they are kept in immaculate condition. Pretty much brand new. In the desert they are very good at driving on the sand.
Closest thing we got here in America is the Freightliner Cascadia; Freightliner is part of Mercedes-Benz (Daimler Truck). The top engine, I'm sure, since the engine in this Mercedes Actros is a 15.6 liter, would be the Detroit Diesel DD16, basically an Americanized version of the Mercedes engine that's in this Actros.
As a European it kind of struck me as a little odd that you wouldn't go into the cabin, rather consider handles and footholds to clean the windscreen as a luxury. Interesting! Where you at? India?
A luxurious truck doesn't need cleaning. It should clean itself. It will be inconvenience to owners/drivers. It also waste precious time. Take note manufacturers.

This is the same principial, the 18to stand for the truck weight with cargo straped on it… with a trailer you can pull whatever you want in this this
