Whenever thoughts, arise, we get conditioned by them, creating sorrow, instead of staying detached, while He is unaffected by them "They are in Me, I am not in them." The lower is in me, but the Higher is not affected by them. Anger rises in me, but I am not anger. Stand apart and watch! By practising this, one master the mind. Thoughts are nothing but disturbances arising in Me alone, but I am not them. Relationless relationship between Higher (Reality/Infiinite God/Pure Self/Cause) and Lower (Unreal/finite jiva/jagat/Realm of matter/Effect).
