V.13: Deluded and bound by the 3 gunas, one dances to their tunes at all times, and is unable to recognise ones true nature. Dwija/twice born is one who is seeking the Higher: once from the mothers womb into the mind-intellect limitations and then spiritual awakening to the Infinite Higher nature. The scriptures whisper to us to turn our attention to the Higher Reality/Truth but we are too entangled in the delusion. Thé thoughts sre only manifestations of the subtle vasanas manifesting V.14: Avidya/Ignorance of the Higher nature expresses as 3 types of Vasana (sattva/noble, rajas/agitated and tamas/dull tendencies) which manifest as thoughts, desires and agitations at mind and intellect level. They are divine as they control and regulate behaviour of the individual through his BMI equipments. Sanskrit words meaning from Gurudev's Talk - 17th May 2021 Verse 13: त्रिभिर्गुणमयैर्भावैरेभिः सर्वमिदं जगत्। मोहितं नाभिजानाति मामेभ्यः परमव्ययम् tribhirguṇamayairbhāvairebhiḥ sarvamidaṁ jagat, mohitaṁ nābhijānāti māmebhyaḥ paramavyayam. Translation: Deluded by these natures (states or things) composed of the three GUNAS (of PRAKRITI) all the world knows Me not as Immutable and distinct from them. Translation: Verily, this divine illusion of Mine, made up of GUNAS (caused by the qualities) is difficult to cross over; those who take refuge in Me, they alone cross over this illusion.
