I don’t know about replacing a 2240 trigger. The 2300 triggers are also a bit stiff at their break point, and since the 2300T is the available pistol for competitors who don’t own their own, I should take a look at it. Crosman may use the same trigger for both. Something for both of us to think about.

The Biakal/IZH MP-46 are very nice 10m air pistols. That 1 is the 1st version of the MP-46, 2nd version made the cylinder about 1 inch more and added the M, so MP-46M, that increased the FPS a bit. Few years back Air Venturi brought the MP-46M back as an AV-46M. They changed out the grips and the stroke handle has differnt/ yet interchangable with an MP-46/M. Air Venturi also brought back their version of Gamo Compact and called it V10. The trigger pull weight adjustment screw was switched to the rear in the grip.
Both are wonderful modern US approved version.
At this years shot show, Air Venturi posted their new version of the Artemis/ Snowpeak PP20. Calling it Comp10? Not much shared on it, but its a step up from both the V10 and AV-46M. Its 10 meter PCP. I only have 1 PCP and its a Walther LP400 Alu. I consider it, stepping into the darkside of 10m. Mainly because my other 10 air pistols are either single stroke phenmatic, like the MP-46. I also have FWB model 65 & 80 as well as Diana model 6g which are both recoiless springers.
I still need to watch your prior 3 videos but knew you were on a great path forward by JUST what was in the screenshot. Super job!
I do not shoot competition, but I do have 2 differnt 10 meter indoor air gun ranges. So I can shoot olympic freehand or benchrested for zeroing and pellet testing.
Your Crosman 2300s and the MP-46 will definatly serve as great baseline trainers. Again, super job!

Sounds like you are loaded for fun. I shot highpower rifle in competition when I was in the USAF (73-92), sadly put everything aside after that. Just now getting back into it. It’s just been flying rats (starlings) and chicken stealing dogs since then. My immediate goal is the National Veterans Golden Age Games this August in Salt Lake City.

Then because of your USAF time, CMP for sell the used Daisy M853, at $125 each. Kinda hard to beat, BUT your 2 target rifles would make an 853 run to within 1 inch of its life but both of yours certainly should beat it out. I have a GF that shoots 1 of my AV-46M, she has learned the hardway about AD, but for her they were fingers touching behind the trigger. So I am always big on safety first . Looking forward to the greenhouse.
When I was in Germany from 92 to 96 I did military shooting games and all day military field games, 3 mile run, land navigation, shooting, medical, just for me, alot of fun stuff.
Never scored high enough for the german uniform shooting metals but, those games were all fun for me.

@@RichardRosenau the Weirauch has a super light trigger, is a .1 moa gun. I don’t want to use it in 10-meter because I don’t want to cock that break barrel 60 times in 75 minutes. It is, no doubt, more accurate than the 599, though I can shoot 10’s with both (just not as consistently as I used to).

Oh I forgot to mention accidental discharge (AD). I have two AV-46M's and an original MP-46M. I set a trigger TOO light and it would AD, and besides it going off before I wanted, when they DO the AD, besure to double check your 2 o rings are still in place, they LOVE to spit 1 out as the AD goes off the latch when not 100% , pops open and you are off for search. Since those are special pyramid shaped o rings and $10 - $25 per set its nuts.

Had a Daisy 853. Nice underlever. Stolen along with most of my firearms two years ago. I think they thought it was a .22, as they left my Weirauch on my bed, case open. Had them on my neighbor’s video, but never recovered anything. Now I have cameras inside and outside my house.

I added a 4X32 pistol scope on my pistol as well for better longer distances.

No. Super old. Probably imported at least 25-30 years ago.
