Ok you had me until you said no dish washer and no clothes dryer. I want off grid and wind solar hydro power but i want conveniences that most mainstream home-owners use. I like sunny day clothes line drying but snow or rain clothes drying? Options. So again i dont fit in to the model. Looks like i may have to start my own Eco community. Maybe only of one.
