Or India punjab likhne ka tarika bhi alg hai .Iske style ko gurumukh kha jata hai.
PAKISTANI punjabi is SAHMUKHI because iske likhne ka tarika urdu hai.

Kumhar and kadaha are right words .Gurmukhi is punjabi as guruon ke mukh se nikli bhasha . Gurmukho he was saying to sikh sangat who speaks punjabi. And this kind of milk is nomally served in winter weddings in punjab ( india) Amritsar represents culture of pujab and those who are saying it bakwas should remember that you are insulting a culture . It is not necessary that everyone likes every topic . So just be quite if you don"t like it.

Lahore ke chuna mandi Gurudwara mein 1534 mein prakash ( birth in case of person ) huya tha Guru Ramdas ji ka . Unhone khud bazar banwaye aur khud naam rakha aur 52 trah ke occupations ke log basaye. Jab unka gurpurab hota hai ton Puri city ko sajaya jata hai aur Darbar sahib mein pair rakhne ki jagah bhi nhi hoti 2-3 lakh lok aate hai . Unke bete Guru Arjan sahib ji ne us waqt lahore mein faili heje ki bimari ko door Kiya tha jisse lahore ke kaafi lok unke disciples ban gye the .

Street food shown in the video was all gud but channel choice was not good…it was a very casually made food vlog without any experience so the presentation is nil.
Amritsar has unlimited kulcha points and they are at the corner of every street but they all use Amul butter and very few make it in Desi Ghee.
Moazzam bhaiyan woh Lachhi poori nahi Lucchi poori thi and it is also called chamrda poori bcoz it has leather like texture.
Tht kulcha u saw with topping of chholey is Khameera kulcha and it is available in Amritsar only….there is one Lahori version of it called Das Kulcha available in Lahore….do google it.
