Iman if u are comparing khameera kulcha with Aloo Kulcha then both are different. We call khameera kulcha as Boh (smell) wala kulcha or just kulcha…its usually eaten with chholey (like u hav chikardd chholey)…or pakoras or fried fish.
Aloo kulcha or Tandoori Kulcha can be of many different stuffings like aloo,onion,gobhi,paneer etc or all mixed together….it is served with alot of butter on top (butter is included in the price of kulcha) and chholey with pyaaz ki chutney….these chholey are bland and the chutney is meant to be mixed with chholey which gives the kick to it.
Soya is made from soya milk, it is tofu and in some countries it is also called mock meat….it is a soyabean product so full of proteins….we get it in different form here like tandoori,malai,afghani,achari,pudina,masala and gravy soya chaap.
Tibetans brought and introduced the momos and added to the wonders of the Indian street food which developed its own style of momos.
PAL Dhaba and garg chaat very very good. Even vegetarian food at pal is mind blowing.
Soya chaap is just soya bean sheets wrapped around on stick which looks like chicken leg. 100 % veg basically chicken feel for vegetarians.😂😂😂

Chandigarh...yes Chandigarh...i was there for six and half years...one of my most fulfilling time in the City Beautiful...a very planned city...but of late there have been attempts to build a New Chandigarh...i don't know what future holds for Chandigarh...for a Delhiite, Chandigarh is like haven...the lake, the roads, the university...socio-cultural atmosphere...regards
