These are truly the end times, flee back to camp and tell the captain of the a possible Norscan ambush. Helga's life cannot measure up to that of the regiment.
Went to this channel. Saw some fantasy videos. Said to myself that one will not hurt... I stayed up till 4am just to listen to all the Warhammer lore. So good! Love it and keep it up baby! 😜🍻
If only Warhammer Fantasy or 40K would do a game similar to Skyrim, an open sandbox where one's character can travel the Warhammer world/s with many options to choose from. The Warhammer franchise has so much potential but rarely taken advantage of.
I love this. It reminds me of a couple other stories I follow set in similar situations. So we have four norscans that worship the Hound, that likely means none of them is a sorcerer, Khorne hates magic after all. I do agree that they should elp Helga but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be smart about it. He may only have an axe and a shield if he didn't find some small weapon while scavenging but even grabbing a fistful of mud to throw into one of the norscans' faces may give an edge. Plus, if everything else fails, demand a fuel. With Hound followers it is often a coin toss if they will accept.
I run up and kill one from behind with my axe. I distract the other while Helga strikes him down. One norscan pursues the clerk. Helga and I run as the last norscan pursues us.
Oh, one more thing. It would be safe to not try and capture one of these guys. Four against two is not impossible odds, specially if one of the Nordlanders has some surprise on his favor but even if they could capture one of these norscans it will not be of much help. Followers of the Hound know not to give Intel to the enemy. Their God is not kind to cowards that broke under interrogation.
Invoke the hidden aspect of Ulric you always carried within you, summoning two nearby wolves to aid you against the norscans? Would be a bit of a sudden power up for sure. Maybe some Laurelorn elves decide that they might be the next target after the city falls, so they decide to help the Nordlanders out… so many possibilities.
Charge towards Helga. Hopefully you'll get the drop on the two toying with her and you can grab her and run back to your lines. Hadolf seems the type able to take care of himself.
Charge towards Helga. The surprise attack should deal with the ones she's facing off, then run into the woods and try to make it back to the lines.

Help Helga. Try to take one maybe 2 of norscans by suprise, aim for the neck to dispose of them as quickly as possible, then run as fast as we can.

Me and the other guy I’m with take the two raiders and fight defensively towards Helga, collect her and attempt a fighting escape
Sneak up on one barbarian and kill him than shout charge to make the others think their more of you and grab Helga and run
