18:28, bro maine ek rule/workout technique banai hain jo ki endurance based gains pe focus karti hain(strength gains oriented). Monday ko 35 pushups, fir knee pushups till failure and then incline pushups till failure. After that till Saturday keep trying to do plus one, main Saturday ko 40 normal pushups, 9 knee pushups aur 11 incline maar leta hu, sunday rest day. Aur strength toh itni hain ki ab one arm pushups ke 2 reps laga leta hu(i can upload video proof if u want me to). Ise karne mein sirf 3-4 min lagte hain aur jab maine 1 mahine ka deload(result of going all out on new year 1st week) liya tab muscle lose kar rha tha, yeh karne ke baad I'm back in shape. Try this and if u're a gym bro also add legs on alternate days(main plyo karta hu, calves aur quads mar jate hai).
