Amazing guys! Thank you from Argentina!. You saved my Toshiba. Just connected and reconnected the wifi card, cleaning, and magic happened.

Where could I find a mini PCI-e slot? The WIFI slot was too small for the eGPU connector that I have.

@@SquiggleMom It works. I disconnected the PCIe M.2 WIFI module and connected a Beast PCIe M.2. eGPU and now the desktop NVidia card is detected. I had an NVidia 680 on the shelf that I'm testing with.

Hi Charles, Yep! It was tricky to find. It started going south again, and I ended up just using a USB wireless adapter that I found somewhere in my stuff.

Hi can someone help me with my problem please. I'm french. I have a problem with toshiba c55-c-1l9, this is a motherboard problem. The laptop starts 2 sec then turns off and restarts in a loop, without displaying anything. I hear a sound coming from a component of the motherboard, it's like a "tac" before the laptop turns off and restarts. I don't know what component. Thermal paste is not the problem. Thank you for reading this comment I hope you will help me.

Before you purchase a new one, try removing the card, blowng some canned air on it and replacng the card.

Nice video, thanks for posting. I dropped mine and it landed right in the 3.5mm audio jack I had plugged into my 1100 watt stereo, you should have heard that! The tip of the 3.5mm adapter broke off inside the jack, got that out with a drill bit, and now the internet is acting up, probably jarred the WIFI card, if it keeps up, I'll try this. Great teamwork mom and son!

Hey Randyman, It ended up only being a temporary fix. Then I bought a new card and replaced it, but that didn't work, so I figured it had something to do with the antenna. I am now using a USB wifi... Good enough for me... Bleh.
