So beautiful n gorgeious..your knitting is stunning..
I am going to try this, I think you are very good a Big Hi from New Zealand, I am telling all my friends about you.
Gah! Stephen West your pattern writing skills are MAGICAL!!
Thank you!!
Oh wow Stephen! You have to stop these gorgeous projects... now I have to stop all other projects immediately and start this blanket!! Just beautiful 😁
You have outdone yourself, sir. This is stunning.
Thank you!
All I can say is wow
You are wonderful , no one in the world weaves as spectacularly as you, a hug from México. And of course all my admiration.
I know the left-handed method is super popular right now, but I LOVE that you also show the technique for us old-fashioned right-handers. :)
Beautiful pattern..
I am in absolute awe of your creativity! I adore your patterns and you write them so easy to follow (unless I start over thinking them 😅) And I can't wait to get started on my "Sunshiny" version of your masterpiece!
I just recently found you Stephen. My God, what beautiful work you do. Very professional projects...your designs are simply gorgeous. I keep thinking to just pick up my knitting needles and just dive into one of your projects but man, I get shaky knees wondering if I'll be able to correctly follow all your instructions or will I get lost in it all and create a bunch of booboos... .....
Gorgeous out of my range! Admire your design and the beautiful design.
That is beautiful! Have to add to my project queue!!!
Thank you for your bubble stitch demo- I’ve been doing dlk - which is the scariest stitch I’ve ever done- but you just made it sensible. I had been dropping the stitch and then laddering down to the stitch I needed and then knitting into that. Thank you thank you ♥️♥️♥️Xxx
These are GORGEOUS ! Wow ! Liked & subscribed. Cant wait to see more :) 🙏❤️
I feel like you must be like a kid with a brand new box of Crayolas when you design. You have the most beautiful talent for color. Your work should be in a fiber art museum.
I love the bubble stitch!
That is some serious knitting, I’m still recovering from finishing my Winter Lights shawl, I don’t think I’m ready to tackle this yet, but seriously Stephen your work as usual is breathtaking.
Omg, so gorgeous! Thank you for these vids, Steven 🌹🌹🌹
I’m obsessed with everything you do! 🤩😍😍😍
Stephen I think you're awesome!! Thank you for sharing your talent with me.. I love your work..
You are so welcome
Vous avez l'art d'harmoniser les couleurs , couleurs pas évidentes à assembler. Bravo j'adore vos démonstrations de tricot. Merci
love it, love it xxx Just working on my first Stephen West Shawl Winter Lights and I just love it xxx
Yes yes yes yes a thousand times yes! Obsessed with the shawl but me and my DK yarn have been WAITING for this! I'm going to need to cast this on like yesterday.
Have fun!
I am new to your channel but seriously I am in love with everything Stephen West! I call myself a new knitter because even though I learned to knit 55 years ago, I only ever learned the basics. I have crocheted most of my life and just picked knitting back up. I must attempt this blanket!
Oh thank you!
I love this! It is so beautiful! I can’t wait to try it 💜💜
Love ❤️ your color combinations.....will have to check this out you’re fabulous
Thank you so much!
They are both beautiful!
I’ve already spoken with my favorite yarn dyer and we are planning the colors I want to knit this with.
Wow loved knitting the shawl but boy there will be many many stitches in this one
I like the grey colorway, and I'm thinking I would do a pop of orange or cinnamon and perhaps add in a little of a cream color as an understated accent. I would look lovely as a bedspread in our home. Thank you for the inspiration!
Seriously fascinating! Love this 💕
Thank you!!
Magnifique tricots j'💖 vos créations sont des chefs d'œuvre, bravo 👏 👏
Amazing 😻 as always!
OMG Stephen, had to buy right after watching
Ooooooooooooo
I love it!!!!
Also a scrappy project!!
In crochet the beginning is called a "magic circle".
I both knit & crochet, but I STILL can't knit Continental....🤷
Wow! You are just amazing!!
I love your explanation’s of techniques
Beautiful ❤️. "Piece of artwork". New to your channel. Now I want to learn knitting. I can crochet ( not expert, started in 2017 after watching crochet video)
Absolutely gorgeous
This cast on is about one step away from being the crochet magic circle. So easy.
Must knit this. Stash diving now.👍💐
Wow! I am still working on the Painting Honeycombs blanket.
Oh my mr Steven...or is it with ..hen at end?
Wow, its unique! I really love it, and would love to make the small one for a baby playarea🤗
Thank you....first time watching your video/subscribing!🌷
Dear Steven, I love all the patterns you come up with! They are always so vibrant and happy! My husband and I are about to start IVF next week and I was wondering if this project would be good as a baby blanket?
Восторг!!!👍👍👍👍👍
Me encanta lo que haces!!! Precioso...
Beautiful 🤩
I need a friend like Stephen
Lots of fun ❤️🇦🇺
Awesome ❣️
What fun!!!
Superbe,félicitations
Jestem zachwycona Twoimi wyrobami!
I am delighted with your products! However, the beginning of knitting a few stitches with circular needle is a nightmare for me, what can happen :)) It's definitely better for me to do it with five needles, and then when the circle gets bigger, put it on circular needles.
Thanks so much for these videos. They are super helpful. I'm nearing the end of the small version of the blanket and peeked ahead at the pattern. I'm a little (read a lot) unclear on how that picot hem is supposed to work. Do you have video tutorial for that part of the blanket?
Merci beaucoup
Wow wow wow ❗❗🤸
Wowwww ❤️🤭❤️❤️❤️🥰
This is sooo beautiful. I would love to knit a half Slipstravaganza Blanket for a shawl. Not sure if I can do it though...
Slipstravaganza was a shawl first, he then made a version that is this blanket. You can find his shawl on his channel
WOW! This could so be done as a crochet project too because I really have difficulty knitting. 🥺 But still love this channel. Great colorway ideas! Lots of inspiration! 💖💕💖 thanks so much, Stephen. Maybe you or someone on your team could translate this into a crochet pattern? 🙊🤷🏼♀️🙏🏼☺️😊 xoxo
I would love to knit this as a skirt, like it would be so dramatic
🤩
Класс!
Do you have a tutorial for the honey comb?
Quick question... is it done all in magic loop?
What about using more than one Circular needles? Could you demonstrate that please? I plan on using two circular in the beginning, and I think I know how I’ll add another set, but I’m not sure.
I just used one circular needle in the beginning with the magic loop method and then when the stitches increase a lot you can put half the stitches on one needle and half of the stitches on the other needle
If you make a hole in the middle, it's a poncho.
Can you cast on with a normal long tail one without having to use the crochet needle?
Yes, you can cast on with a normal long tail cast on and then just use the tail of yarn to sew the little hole closed like at the top of a hat.
@@StephenWest Great! Thank you. I did try with crochet hook but with no success, I have no coordination! Pattern bought! If you could do a tutorial from Section 6 onwards, it will be awesome. I got confused from there, I never did a short row before. Thank you!
Can I start the circle center with crochet
Yes! That would be amazing! Just end with the final recommended stitch count to continue the next section with the honeycomb slip stitches. :)
@@StephenWest maybe someone on your team could “magically” create a crochet pattern for this!! 😆☺️😊 It’d create a whole new market for you! I’d be one of those “new” people!! 💕🙋🏼♀️💜💙🖤🙏🏼💕 I follow despite not knitting. Your channel is SO inspiring!! XOXO
I can't afford to keep watching
🤣👏🇮🇹👋😘
