I've never particularly enjoyed hearing the sound of my own voice, but this song made me appreciate it a lot more. I always enjoyed singing, but I'm too shy to do it in public so I just do it in the comfort of my bedroom when no one's around.

It's not really that hard cause it's only arpeggios so it's natural
i can't do the falsetto, but i just change my voice to a louder tom and be acceptable

I have a 45 min walk to the local library that I take at least twice a week, just for the walk through the woods and the chance to sing out loud. I sing this song repeatedly sometimes, I dont care how I sound but others dont mind :) right on, well done.

I bought a karaoke system, a nice one (about 10 years ago) and I set it up in the study. After a couple of weeks of me singing every chance I got, my wife said
"Wow! You're getting pretty good at that ".
"Really?" I asked in a high pitched voice. "Oh yeah." she said. "You should share your singing with the neighbors. They'll like it"
"Yeah, but.....we don't want ppl hangin' around singin' all the time...do we?" I asked hopefully. "I guess you're right" she said. And then her eyes got big and she said
"In the garage! Move it to the garage! There's plenty of room and they won't bother because the garage is not connected to the house!"
Yeah, I thought. Yeah." I'll do it!" And .....sometimes I stay up pretty late, so I told my 4 nearest neighbors "If I get out of hand, just give me a buzz....or better yet, c'mon over! They haven't complained....ever. Right now it is 3:26 am, December 26. And I'm still out here. My neighbors' wife just called and told him to get his butt home. 😇😇😇😄😄😄
I've since upgraded my system and o have hundreds of songs, but there's hundreds more on youtube that I can't find even at karaoke stores . But I've got 220 in my phone, some l have on CDG, but the rest I need to find someone who knows how to download from my phone to my karaoke system, which records on CDG discs or if I can download onto an SD or MMC chip from my phone, but I don't know how and neither does anyone I've asked. Oh well. I've got plenty on CDG discs.
My wife likes my singing so much that she never comes out here. I've been played. But she stays out of my hair, and I stay out of her study.

I used to do drywall, and am now a licensed electrician, so any work I want done I have to do mysrlf, so I did. But I'm taking this to another level: singing as I go....anywhere l go.😁
Just yesterday, I picked up an ultraportable bluetooth speaker ($52 at walmart. Some cost over $100) and l love the sound. So I go straight from my phone, where I have access to ALL the music in the world, to my speaker. Isn't that amazing? All's I need now is a blueray micro phone and 1 more speaker for my voice.😂😂😂
Nah, nah. I can sing without a mic. I was in my garage till 2 o'clock this morning and l hardly tapped into my "library". The speaker is loud enough to hear over traffic, it's small enough to carry in my pocket (though it would produce a significant "bulge", ala Tom Jones), goes 4ever on a single charge, AND alliows me to follow my wife around....no matter WHERE she's shopping....and croon her favorite songs right into her ear. She's SO lucky 😇😇😇.
