I tried to hit the links and non of them work at the moment.
Absolutely stunning content on this channel. Last friday i applied some of the teachings and the results were absolutely unbelieveable good. Today i forgot to apply them and instantly i am back to stressed and approval seeking. It is like day and night. But now, deep down i know, i can chose to be the person i want to be.

@@mmr0221 I do the guided bodyscan meditation he has put on youtube before going to see people. on the way to people i do the thing where you open your heart while walking around. When i finally arrive at her location i try to feel the gut, the pelvis, the spine and the legs. when she stands in front of me i try to feel what it makes in my body to have her in front of me. Always trying to stay relaxed and grounded. I think the goal is to be able to just sit next to each other doing absolutely nothing and still both should feel really well. My believe is, that because it is something interpersonal, where both people influence each other, i can make the girl comfortable by just being kind of a rolemodel that enjoys the situation and this makes her join in and enjoy it too. It sounds maybe a bit whoo hooo but i am an analytical guy who believes in physics and this stuff still works for me.

Practice staring at an object. I've had great success staring at a fire while meditating. Brian teaches this as part of the heart-walk also (link: th-cam.com/video/j7XRY6Mpawg/w-d-xo.html). You set an intention by looking at an object, then you let the object affect you through feeling.

I'd say NLP is more technical and this is more feeling based. We feel technique and systems are important but will always fail you at some point as you grow. If you focus on feeling then you can constantly adjust the technique as you evolve like adjusting your workout so that your body keeps growing when building muscles.

Is common, after committing to releasing to experience a ‘dark night of the soul’? ie. seemingly go deep into AGF for a sustained period?
Yes, I know people that have gone through some darker stuff as they release. Slow down and take time for stuff that puts you in the upper emotions. There is not rush. Whenever I get too low I do any process that moves me back up the scale and then I continue again.

Thanks for all you do, man! Your and Dr. Robert Glover advice and teaching have helped me tremendously. I've worked on myself leave on my own terms. I put my priorities first and I don't go out of my way trying to meet everyone's needs. Now I'm gonna be honest and say that I am yet to get a date, but I can actually notice girls noticing me more now and some how they treat me better. I do get plenty of compliments too. I think one or two girls have a crush on me lol. I only need to work more on my confidence and communication skills a little more. But I assume it takes time just like everything else.
Be tall, be rich, be high status, be ripped. And you can be those and there will still be dozens of more requirements.
I can be everything except tall LoL.
So when I approach the girl that have a crush on me and make that eye contact, looking in her left eye& grounded, she says “eww stop staring at me” and then she walks away. But I stay grounded. Why is this? What do I fix?
1st of all don't take it personal. It could be a combination of factors. Maybe she was just testing you. Maybe she had a difficult day. Maybe she didn't like your energy, vibe, shoes, etc.

That's interesting. As I've done a lot of feeling, meditative moment and vocal work it just happened naturally. It used to be much higher. With that said my Dad has a deep voice too.

I know that it is just a title but, nothing you will do will make you irresistible towards women. However, there are a great many things that can be done that will make you more attractive to the opposite sex, not all of the opposite sex but many of them. 🙂
You're right, nobody can get all the women. You will get the women that are right for you as become more and more attractive. With that said as you do the work there will be more and more women attracted to you.
I still struggle with editing, I think I could deal with upsetting people, I don’t want to really offend anyone though.

No, just not at all. This does not mean you fix them or become their therapist. You're just not judging them or making then wrong personally. I personally wouldn't date a woman that was judging me for my desires either. I'd just find one that is more in alignment with how I feel.

This could be a need for Validation or Love. If this is the case as you work on self Love and self worth you will find that rejection bothers you less and less especially form women you've just met.
