ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Mr Littleton is an Organisational Psychologist John Littleton is an organisational psychologist with a Graduate Diploma of Applied Psychology, and a Bachelor of Psychology and Sociology. Throughout his career, John has successfully treated patients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, occupational stress, low self-esteem, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss, and anger management, through a combination of Cognitive Behavioural and Member of the College of Organisational Psychologists, the Coaching Psychologist interest group and is a Certified Workplace Trainer and qualified to facilitate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator & Mental Health First Aid programs. He is also a qualified supervisor for provisional psychologists.

What if the worker wants to go back to work mainly due to financial reasons but medical team has placed alot of restrictions on the injured worker and employer has stated that having injured worker back would be to risky
No empathy has been shown to injured worker or their dire financial circumstance due to now being over 52weeks and on a very low income injured worker has since admitted to having suicidal thoughts. What can be done to help this worker ? As no one seems to be help this worker
