Everyday for the past two years when in doubt put on an ep of king and the stick your gonna laugh
4 years already ☹️. I remember watching this show religiously back in the day. I mean hour's daily for month's. Time is going by so quickly. These early episodes will always have a special place in my heart.

Honestly his ripps on Theo are better than Theo’s got for Brandon most of the time. He definitely isn’t as funny but his burns are top notch.

Comedians podcasts are getting really saturated at the moment. Everyone's just going on each other's shows talking about their set at the Comedy Store or hecklers and liberals blah blah blah. This is what the podcast world needs right now, a more creative but structured show with audience input and heaps of fun debate.
How good is the Somedy Core right now?
I totally agree. The producer has really put in some work. I work better to podcasts/talk radio than music so I listen to 30-40 hours a week and this podcast is more engaging, intrinsically and by design, than almost anything else I listen to.

The first year of their episodes was so good. Already by the second year, Theo became alot more moody and unpredictable, it had started becoming apparent that he was looking to turn over a new leaf, but he couldn't yet decide what that would entail. Brendan and Theo helped keep my spirits up after the death of Kobe Bryant, and many others during the pandemic as well. I'll always be grateful to both of them for that. I will always remain a fan of the show and support Brendan, Erik, Chris and the production crew during this new era of the show.
You're right, both of them are actually a lot different here than they are now. Everybody changes with time though. I am also different than I was 3 years ago, these people just have it recorded and on blast for people to analyze and notice. Theo and Brendan gave me a lot of laughs when I found comedy podcasts during the pandemic. It's weird though, I feel both of them changed for the worse: Theo did become a lot more moody and down, while Brendan became more insecure and try-hard. I hope they both change for the better in the future.
Yeah man i am missing these two. Made me pass through hard times. Theo became really became moody just as the podcast was getting better. Even though i dont like brendan as a comedian but he is a great guy, a hard worker and still goes on. I love both of these so i watch the old ones to just get the hit off it
