Hi I messaged you guys on instagram a while ago but I got some red root floaters from you guys and it died a couple days later. Is that usual for them?
Usually they grow like weed...but in some cases it just wont kick off and dies off but out of every bit of plantmatter a new one can grow, so dont trash that stuff instant...
With RRF I've often times had to take the approach of just keep adding it until it sticks. Sorry that's not much help but that's how I finally got mine started

@@zerberus2525 I’ve never had much luck with floating plants anyways. Only one I can keep alive is duckweed
