I did find a calculation, but it felt weird,
10% +70atk 20%+300aspd
Is that actually right? It seems low...

I want pet support + defend against boss. What is the best choice i should choose?

You can choose the "Devoted" nature for your pet so it generates aggro, then for the skills you can choose the support skills. Just don't forget to max the VIT of your pet first so that it can survive longer ^^

If you already have a tank user in your party, use a support pet because the tank pet might get the aggro and may cause a disaster ^^
But if you're solo, use a tank pet ^^

Yes, to increase it's stats like a normal character. Though every pet have different lvl cap, so I recommend choosing a high lvl capacity pets ^^
