Hi, I’ve got a job to replace the plastic rings and door firing T pieces to the roller. Can you advise on how to get the roller off please? There doesn’t seem to be any obvious end screws on the end bearings like in this video. Cheers.
My birkdale door will open on the buttons but will not close. After a couple of minutes the main box on the wall will beep 4 times with a gap then beep 4 times again continuously. Any help appreciated as I have to bring it down manually using the tool.
I am concerned about the weight of an (internal fixing) roller door on my timber-framed garage. The only fixing points above the door for the roller box are short drywall studs. However, on each side of the door space there is substantial loadbearing timber. How much weight of the roller mechanism (if any) is supported by the runners?
pmsl, looks easy enough on this video, try doing it this way with a garage full ov crap and uneven walls,, this looks like its being fitted into a showroom
Incredibly helpful, thank you very much. I did this myself and managed to save a lot of money!
the door in this video is perfect. this is what a garage door should sound like.
You are right
Have you tried the Blickdomi motorized roller shutter system?
How do I find a neutral unsprung position to the spring to reset spring tension as per instructions

Did you manage to resolve this ?
@@1982eamonn yes! I changed the x2 AA batteries in the sensor on the bottom of the door. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately that hasn't helped me, it seems the sensor is not connecting with the main box regardless of new batteries
@@1982eamonn I think if you’ve exhausted all other options it’s time to get an engineer out.
Hi What kind of motor is this please???? Can you disengage gears?

Put gloves on..... I've just cut through my thumb tendon, artery, and nerves installing one!!! Then 3.5 hours in surgery to fix!
Sandra Lloyd Oh no! I hope you are okay!
