今回は浦和駅から徒歩7分に位置する「甲州屋」をご紹介。
昭和22年創業の老舗町中華で、開店当時は初代はリアカーを引いて屋台をやっていたという。
現在は毎日満席の人気店となり、注文が飛び交う。
メニューには昔ながらの醬油ラーメンと塩ラーメンがあり、これがとんでもなく美味しい。
こだわりは試行錯誤を重ねて見つけたという大山鶏からとったダシ、これが決め手となり何度でも食べたい味となっている。
