Hi Karen! Yay! I"m glad you found it helpful! Pilates is one of those things when you watch it doesn't always look that hard or challenging then you do it and realize, wow it really targets those tummy muscles! :) You are so very welcome and I hope you join me for another class soon!

Hi Soozun777 E! I see that you also commented on the Absolute beginner class and that one was a good start for you. I can't tell you what you were doing "wrong" without actually seeing you. However it could be that you just need to keep it on the slower side for the time being and build strength before doing this class. You can of course do the regular beginner classes, but pause and give yourself time to rest throughout the video or just skip exercises that are still too much for you. All bodies are so different and we can even feel incredibly different in our own body each day, just because a class or exercise is great for one person doesn't always mean it will be the right fit for you! Keep going at your own pace and you'll be stronger before you know it!!

I absolutely can! Ankles ankles often get overlooked but they are pretty darn important lol :)

For me it was my thighs. Tried having my legs bent, straight, close together, out wide but nothing helped.
