Flatting video mentioned in the video: • Coloring Comic Timesav...
How to make your own textures: • Coloring Comics: P1 - ...
I read sithra twice, it had the most gorgeous artwork of all the webtoons I've ever seen. The plot was addictive too!. I would love to read more comics from you
When you respect the artist and their knowledge so much that you aren't even upset about watching all the advertisements play through to the end in all the videos :)
+Jason Brubaker Hey, not at all! In fact there's usually a perfect amount allowing me to periodically rejoice and make sure I've soaked in the info you've provided. It's typically an ad about a lawn mower for some reason. I have a few suggestions for gaining more viewers on these types of videos, but at the same time you'll gain a lot if you just keep doing what you're doing. Just takes time. In that same instance I respect your time so I watch the ads for your monetization etc. hopefully it'll encourage others to do the same.
Thanks for posting this! When you started your Talk-Ink videos I was a little worried you weren't going to get back to your coloring process. You rock!!
Overall, this is a good way to see your process. I know you aren't into the tutorial scene, but I was so lost when you made a new Lines layers that's "easier to edit"
wow when you turned up the brightness at the very beginning it already looked good! nice work dude.
im still learning how to flat and p ut my creations on paper thanks for helping although my stuff is rough now at the moment.
Glad this is helpful in some way. :)
imgur.com/gallery/qo7gPZw thanks im still struggling with flats and coloring my inks
I personally *love* dong flats for my own comic pages. Clip Studio Paint makes it very easy and it's the one art skill that I know I can't possibly fck up on :P
i just bought ClipSP cant wait to use it
Can clip studio paint be download on android?
Really good, Jason. Looking forward to the next part. Definitely rethinking some of my processes.
3rd time watching this series love it! the texture work adds so much to it.
@18:29 nice workflow for isolating inks on separate layer.
I heard that. It was a big mystery to me for the longest time. Thanks for making helpful stuff!
+Jason Brubaker Could you please make a short tutorial video showing how to isolate your inks Because that's something I'm very interesting in learning how to do. Thanks.
Thank you for sharing your coloring method in such depth. This really helped me a lot!
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Love your work, keep it up.
Just found your channel and love this video! It was interesting seeing the process and thank you for that!
You are a very talented artist, keep the good work, i'm subscribing for more content
Is there a video, on your channel or anywhere, that teaches how to ink? And I'm not talking about materials, i want to know the psychology behind it
There are a lot of great tuts out there. But ah when it comes to color people always seem to be in a hurry. Thanks for taking the time to take your time.
Hey, love the video. One problem I always have is when you have a panel that doesn't have anything specific in the BG, but I don't want to leave it white either. How do you decide what color is right to put there without it seeming random? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
***** Thanks so much for the reply. I'll keep trying. Your videos keep me inspired to not give up!
Even the flats are already good.
Haha! Yeah, they are pretty solid. :)
YUP
love the program
Thanks for taking the time to make these great videos.
QUESTION: So, I've been wanting to ask for while, but how do you get your printer to print using only Magenta? How do you setup the file and/or settings?
Wow that actually helps out allot, and makes sense. I never thought about using screen layer mode.
I use to print pages out, then trace using a light box, But I really like your workflow much better.
Might make a good video, for people who may have the same question. Thanks for sharing your process.
@@deeamerson he erase the answer
is photoshop cc2014 different then what your using?
I love Your Colour Style
What application do you draw these in?
Thanks!
...a flatter...hmm. omg how do you do flats?
Good stuff. Thanks!
Thank you so much
What is the name your art style ?
I don't think art styles have names or can be categorized. To each artist have their own style and it's not like you can just generalize it as something.
awsome.
I wish marvle and DC colered like this
+Jason Brubaker. just read your stuff its amazing. and your a believer. keep up the good work!
+Jason Brubaker 😂
Just found your channel and love this video! It was interesting seeing the process and thank you for that! (2) ^ _ ^

Still have to fix my glowing thing skill . but still your guidance are really helpful. am gonna scrap my pocket money so i can support your sithrah. really. sincerely thanks
Hi Faerina! This is so cool to see what you learned from my coloring video! You did a great job coloring your art. Thanks so much for taking the time to show me and the world your progress. :)
The one thing that would make watching this video more enjoyable is some kind of background music.
TH-cam unsubbed me!!
...so you "got" the color from elsewhere??? Automatically by "flatting"??? Do not understand one piece of this video...I´m interested in a video like "the linework is ready - now how to color...".
Oktavian Nachtgold The first step is just laying down solid colors to work off of. I don’t know how he’s supposed to teach you how to lay down a flat color, man.
ma dude looks sad
Nice artwork and coloring but I can't watch 40 min or more of you just mumbling to yourself and making stretching noises.
speed it up!
I may have missed it, but I wanted to ask, do you use a tablet for coloring or mouse?
