    Could be a plethora of issues. Check EGR Valve if equipped, could need some throttle body cleaning, possibly needs to go through an idle relearn programming which can be performed at the dealer or with an advanced obd scanner with the program in question installed in order to complete. Have you had the transmission serviced or new battery put in sometimes the tranny just needs to be reset or reprogrammed.

    Hi guys! I drive a Porsche Cayenne 3.0 diessel 2015. I have a problem when the weather is cold. A cold start during ignition raises the idle speed to 930 rpm and does not lower in any way. Only after 3-4 minutes I have to turn off the car and start it again in order for the engine to return to idle speed, of 700 rpm. The car goes perfectly and has covered mileage of 140,000 km. There is no fault codes detected in the diagnostics.
