  • Mocked up new 2.5" Dynomax supeturbo mufflers off my 3" catted x pipe and 2.5" tailpipes reinstalled - going for the most stealthy look and sound as possible - measured decibel diffrence at 10' from behind the car
    open 3" catted xpipe - 89db
with 2.5" tailpipes and super turbo mufflers - 82-ish db
pretty impressed with the sound suppression yet it still sounds agressive when you rev it up some!

Man, that thing sounds awesome! Such crisp exhaust, and amazing throttle response! That looks like a great set-up for the street👍👍

Thank you Todd! I got it all welded and clamped down and took it for a spin this morning to check for leaks and tailpipe rattles etc. It going to work out pretty good and it's nice and quiet just cruising around! Now on to tuning the carb for street use!

I had these on my 351w the are nice and have a good roar when you open up the eagles. I also noticed less cruising drone inside the car compared to the standard chambered muffler's.

@@superglx7028 cool! I've only had straight through 2.5" and 3" these are first time I'm trying out the Dyno Max super turbos!

@@vrm86gt do you have to have E check on your car where you are at? I live in Ohio and any car older then 25 years doesn't need a E check

Interesting, going to have to check mine, the Accufab headers and Xpipe make it pretty quiet at idle.

@@FXRSDriver just got it all bolted and booger welded up, I wanted to make sure I can easily disconnect the tailpipes and mufflers and go back to dumps or collector extensions easy, with our track closing last year I'm just not going to be able to drag race as much as I want to anymore. Not that I was any good at it but it is fun to make passes and try to go faster!

@@vrm86gt you're welcome, Beans is running as good as ever , stopping........not so much 😆 I think that the master cylinder I put on when I replaced the entire brake system is drawing tiny amounts of air when I release the brakes so I ordered a new one today and somemore brake line cause I'm going to change it up a lil to clean it up
