2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Passenger Blend Door/Dorman Location-Heat/AC Issue Fixed Follow Up

Follow up video to show how to locate the passenger side blend door/dorman. Sorry it took me this long. All you should need is trim removal tools (cheap at Harbor Freight), 7mm socket and I believe just a T15 bit. Small ratchet with swivel adapter will definitely help when trying to remove the blend door.

Ok so the reason my gear broke is because the actual flap is STUCK hence gear snapping ,,,how do I realize the flap manually?

So, not 100 on this, but I think to get to the actual flaps you have to take the whole dash apart 😬

Maybe once you take the cover off for the gear, take the gear out and grab onto end with maybe needle nose pliers or small channel locks? It’s been a while since I did this, don’t remember if there is an end you can grab onto
