if you don't have a heat gun, place it in 1/4 inch of boiling water (I put boiling water in a coffee mug). Does the same thing.
Liquid transfers heat better than air. And it's easy. No special tools!

Thank you..It worked for me.Used Rubbing alcohol instead of soap water.. Dabbled the rubber mount in boiling water for a few secs..

The plastic returns to it's original molded state. No need to touch the plastic.
