The only plane/s I've been in were Cessna Caravans. I love the engine start up so I searched it up and found this. Nice catch. I like even before the props spin it makes a low eeeeeeeeeeeee sound

Nice Video! Pretty sure the pilot is flying IFR because, dude, the surroundings looks hazy.
Jesse, very nice video, these planes are workhorses, meat and potatoes. I think Dodge auto maker stole the name caravan/grand caravan years ago when they started producing their extended family vans, lol, even some of the paint schemes are similar. Anyway, have a great day my good friend, btw, all audio/video equipment in perfect working order on my end.

@R Diaz very true my friend, and the sad part is there are transmission shops that take advantage of folks who have little knowledge of car repair, and tell them they need a 1500.00 dollar transmission repacement when they know it only needs a solinoid pack/switch assembly.
@R Diaz also my friend would you not agree that the livery on the plane is very similar to the van ?, especially the older caravans that had the wood panel body look, some of the grand caravan planes have the same look/livery.

since it has fixed tricycle landing gear do you need your complex type rating to fly one?
Must be a charter flight. Kenmore doesn’t operate scheduled flights out here.

It’s a hot-plate, it’s for keeping the windscreen clear of ice.
It might be the belly pod, but the side profile makes that prop look too small for that airframe. I know its the right size, but perspective messes with it.
I know what you mean, I was also thinking that the prop looks small on this Caravan.

It's some type of heat plate to deice the windshield.

Yes, that looked like a horrible accident. Saw a few videos of it online, definitely not pretty.

No the cessna 208 is a fixed gear aeroplane, it's gear is always down
