What ab awesome video! This helped me understand because you explain each section piece by piece and then explained the use and function of each piece. Thank you so much!!!!!! Im learning how to work on a car so i can understand warming signs and stuff if my car. My car is 16 years old and has 245k mi and it over heated on me recently and i PANICKED! i had no idea what was wrong so my husband is teaching me but i don't understand anything he is talking about its like another language so i been on youtube for hours a day learning from videos like yours. I truly appreciate your video!!!! Thank you so much!!
OK, thank you for your comment and advice. It's really great of you that you put much effort to read the comment which was one year ago. But I dint like the word bhik that u used. Many ppl are asking fund to support their channel. If you are ready to give reply to all of them, your lifetime is not sufficient. I request you to give suggestions in positive way which motivates...
@@EngineeringMechanicsbyaryan its great to see you active on comments. yes I do try to read those comments having replies. you take my word in other form than its meant for. yes it looks begging if are replying people personally for fund. if you need funds, yes all we do, plz explain it only in your videos @ beginning, middle or end / ask them to join will be better approach. plz don't do individually.
11:35 tight side should always be at lower side because if it is at upper half the slack side at lower portion will have low angle of wrap which will increase slip. So less power generated.
The centrifugal tension in belts [A].increases power transmitted[B].decreases power transmitted[C].have no effect on power transmitted[D].increases power transmitted upto a certain speed and then decreases
Please help me to explain for compound transmission, to produce 35 r/m at last pulley. From engine axial center to main shaft axial center is 2 meter and main shaft to last pulley axial center is 2.2 meter. First Engine RPM = 2200 r/m Engine Pulley size = ? Second Main shaft pulley Size = ? Third pulley size = ? Wanted to produce third pulley RPM = 35 r/m
Bhai tumara train kidr ja raha Hai Kya bas bhag rahey ho video bana Hai toh ache se bana netho mat bana fhate boring video aisa lag raha Hai neend mein utke video bana raha Hai khaki views increase karna Hai karke video bana dho public ko samje ya na samje usse tumein Kya tumein toh Paisa mil raha Hai na video bana Hai toh aisa video banao Taki student's ko samje nhi toh mat banana😡😠
Manav Kahlon Dude it depends on the direction of rotation....here in the video as the rotation is in anticlockwise direction the tight side will be on the upper side.🙂
You did it the best way possible.Thank you sir

This video helped me a lot and gave Clear cut information

Very nice
Sir, Great Video. The illustration and example of Power transmission was perfectly supported by your explanation. Thanks for uploading!
quiet good explanation. Simple and easy to understand... congrats
which 1 is more efficient? rope drive or belt drive?
Amazing video
And very good explanations
Plz make some more videos on these kinds of topics

Hello
Bro how can we buy that
The centrifugal tension in belts
[A].increases power transmitted[B].decreases power transmitted[C].have no effect on power transmitted[D].increases power transmitted upto a certain speed and then decreases
What about number belts used , ?? Instead of one belt we use two belt to drive the same pulley then what happened
Very nice bro make more vedios.
nice class
Nice sir please tell how to find timing belt length and how to use for pulley
In what situations we use open belt drive and cross belt drive
Sometimes you want different DIRECTIONS for the rotation so if you want both clockwise and anti clockwise then cross belts are used
Sorry for the 1 year late reply because I just saw your comment today! I suppose you must have already passed your exam by now!
Nice teaching sir.
Thanks and welcome
how we can decide distance between two pulleys.
Slip ke karan kya hota hai plz bata sakte ho
Awesome sir!
Sir
Why using belts instead of couplings
To alter speed ratio ...
very nice video...
Please keep slides ppt
in description to download
Hello in this video you show the driver is in small size as compared to driven pulley how is it possible?
You need this becaue the motor with small pulley is high speed and driven CAN be lower speed because the pulley is larger
@@MusicWorld-zy6dl means if I require slow speed at driven we have large pulley on driven
@@ajijmujawar694 yes you can precisely control speeds by the size and diameter of each pulley
just like if you have a fast small gear driving a large gear, then the large gear turns slowly
thats how you REDUCE speeds becaue sometimes you need slow speeds
If we have to cover 8 m distance between too shaft .....which type of belt required....nd why?
Flat type belt is use
Nice explanation
Super bro
Thank you for this information
I have a question
The power developed by a shaft rending at N rpm transmitting torque T kgm is ........... kw
Nice
koi medicaps college indore wala hai yaha ? lol. BTW great video
Thx u sir
Bhai thoda slowly samjho yar itna jaldi jaldi kuch samjh nahi aaraha or ha hindi me
how to select the belt A,B.C or D which one choose sir
Nice video
You said not more than 10m for flat, nearer for V and more than 5m for circular belt. I’m trying to understand what’s the actual difference here🤔🤔🤔🤔
If less than 8m we used flat belt and if distance is more than 8m we used circular belt... and if distance is less than 1m then used V-belt.
Thanks a lot , keep rocking sir
Thanks buddy
good teaching method
Ty sir
This video is to good..
I like it.
Does open type and cross type belt drives is applicable to all three cross-sections belts( flat,v,circular)?
Why do you remind me on Indian tech scammers
Why do you remind of 26/11?
Tight Ko slaked or slaked Ko tight as per diagram. There is a little bit of mistakes Sir..

this is very good viodes
Cross belt drive concept is wrongly explained by you sir
Ok I will look into it. Thank you...

misguiding useless wrong videos slack side is up and tight is down
