If I live somewhere like……… Alaska, if I can’t do something like fly out to another state, how do I get exposure like the people that go to the camps and if I can’t then what should I ask in the DMs with the college coaches?
Hey coach, I am a freshman and I live in a small town in New Mexico . My football team isn’t that good I played on varsity last year in the semi finals game and made the newspaper a couple times for good catches I had . I’m a wide receiver and my team does not throw the ball much. I go to workout at my football field before school every day and I wondering if my team not throwing the ball that much will affect my chances to get to college and if so , what should I do?
I mean it can definitely effect it just because you’re not getting as many opportunities but it’s still possible to play next level. You need to do a few things 1)- Make the most of your opportunities. You don’t need 10-20 minutes of highlights. You just need 1-3 minutes, that’s all a coach will watch. So make the most of your chances. 2)- Play everywhere. Defense, special teams & sometimes even running back. College coaches want playmakers and if you can show that, it’s a higher likelihood of them being interested in you
Going into my freshman year of high school and being a backup qb as my first year from switching from tight end, backup olb, and a passion for punting, how should i stand out and get the starting job for my first year of hs football?
Absolutely! Coming to Birmingham AL next year! Here is the info www.firstdowntraining.com/service-page/birmingham-al-qb-wr-camp?referral=service_list_widget
Hey sir how are you doing I hope your well today, I’m a 11th grader who just finished and now wanna take football to the next level next year I have a high chance at starting Defensive tackle, I’m currently around 5’8 and 260-270 I barely touched varsity and if I did I didn’t have much of a impact besides being on special teams. I want a chance at getting some sort of offer whether it being D3 or above. I need advice heavily on what I should do going into my senior year of highschool at A D3 small school
Just keep grinding. Focus all of your time and energy on making varsity. Make an X account and follow the steps in this video besides the DMing coaches part
Hey coach I'm a wr but my uncle who is a coach said try Te and I'm thinking about it because I am AMAZING at catching and good at routes and pretty good at blocking the only concern for me is I'm 13 years old 5'8 and 103 pounds am I big enough to play Te
So I think at your age that’s pretty decent TE size. As you get older you will need to put on some more weight. I would say like 150-170 by your freshman year. I know that seems like a lot but that’s what I would say
Would say attending camps! We have a website with a list of college coaches you can reach out to and camps you can attend. Here is the info! firstdowncoaching.com/college-camps/
I would go to google and type in “college football camps Northern California” and usually a bunch of options will show up. You can also do the same type of search on Twitter and you will find some there! Hope this can help
Hey sir, I am 15 6'0 and 200. I'm from Australia and just started playing football. How should someone like me get recognized by coaches and schools in America? Should I email schools tape??
Yeah absolutely man, you’re definitely undersized but size isn’t everything. You need to have attributes like speed, quickness, Route running etc. but it’s possible. I recommend giving it a shot

Could I ask then if they are coming to my school during the contact period?
Yes I would ask them that- also I would be consistent with your content uploads on X. You need to showcase yourself and promote yourself on there
Thanks Coach!
No problem man, glad this could help you!
Awesome. Why are you not a pro coach? You're amazing.
Appreciate you sir, thank you for the support!
