never skipping reps is the most important. you gotta train your mental toughness and if you're skipping reps you're gonna be complacent real quick. you gotta be like Rock Lee!!!
What’s up Michael started following u and kianna at around 10k, I’m going into my senior szn right now I’m a 3 star OLB with 15offers right now Praise God, hoping to have a big time senior season! Thankyou for the video man, God bless
I love this channel I graduated in 1999 and I didn’t have TH-cam to help me or give me tips. I give michael so much respect for taking time out of his day to help the youth. I had a few offers and I committed to PITT. In my senior year I took a hit in the back and I almost was paralyzed and I couldn’t play no more! I lost my offer to PITT. I took it super hard. My coaches and college coaches said I was gonna make it. I ran a 4.3 forty so I had the speed. Everything he is saying is absolutely true it’s a lifestyle and you have to put everything else last no partying no trouble no drinking. Just working hard everyday! Great job Michael I’m proud of you and you are gonna be a great role model!!
This really goes beyond D1 and sports in general! These are just good life lessons for jobs too. Keep being you, y’all are amazing! Good luck in your rookie season!!
Thank you for this invaluable knowledge! As a single mother of an 11-year-old youth football player, I needed to get this information. I'm not his father and I only know so much. This gives me the insight to pass on to him. I searched and found this sight. Please make more videos.
I’m 22 23 in December my son is now 1 and honestly couldn’t imagine life without him , it will never be easy always a challenge but it’s worth it at the end 🙌
Chris Cardenas that’s not at all what he’s talking about. he isn’t acc talking about parenting he’s saying michael destroys the utah football whenever he plays them
Straight off the bat I know this dude is a genuine guy. Very humble, he’s not too over himself. These are the type of people I be lookin up to. Bright future ahead for this dude🦾💯 never change
I’m glad I saw this video Being a Qb coming from the Valley it’s hard af to get looked at but I pray and work everyday and I thought I was the only one looking at other guys success and getting mad because I don’t have that but when he said everyone has their own race he kinda just cleared my mind positively
I appreciate the time you took to make this video! Pains me every time that I couldn’t even get 1 offer even from a D2 school. Just graduated this June and dang, I was disappointed as heck. Starting Cornerback from sophomore year-Senior as varsity. In those 3 years I racked up 84 tackles total, 6 sacks, 9 INT, 27 deflected passes. 205 bench, 385 squat, 4.7 laser timed 40. Wasn’t even invited to senior bowl.. I mean not even 1 D2 offer.. people say it’s cause I’m small.... and cause I’m asian. I mean 5’6” at 156 pounds. I guess I couldn’t prove them wrong. Issa tough football life for us Asians out there who weren’t blessed with good genetics...
I mean a 205 bench isn't that good considering people with little to no training can do that. Fuck even me after 6 months of shitty training could rep out 225 for 5. Bulk up and try it again!
He is so humble and is a really good receiver. He is gonna ball out with the colts. Thanks for the tips I have been wanting to make it to the NFL since I was 9 years old. These tips will help me and maybe we will play against each other one day. I am a hard worker so I will work so hard with these tips. Thanks for all this.
Seeing that you never got noticed until junior year makes me hyped. Im goin into my junior year as 6’4, 230 and ive been tryna get a offer from USC. I got recruitment access for the USC vs UCLA game, n seein u ball out n watchin ur vlogs keeps motivating me
I'm going into my junior year on varsity and I can tell the coaches doubt my abilities a little bit but I will surely use these tips to secure a starting spot and carry it on to D1 football and hopefully professional ‼️
i’m from a small town called karnes city texas and i’m trying hard as an 8th grader to go D1 for football! good luck to all thoses out there that are trying very hard! wish y’all the best of luck✊🏾
Thank you so much for making this video Ik u prob won’t see the comment or whatever but you rly do inspire me to keep playing ball plz make more vids also the ending music for ur vids r so fire
Hey man, you saying you got hurt and bounced back really helped. I’m an incoming senior in hs and in week 9 of last year I broke my leg. I’m a little scared of something happening again but Ik I will be alright. Good luck bro
Love your guys channel and videos also Michaels twitch streams is one thing i look forward to on a daily basis. All you middle school and high schoolers take notes
Great insight on what it takes to get to that level! It's interesting to hear about and could be applied to different situations in life. I don't feel like many people are creating videos like this and I think it definitely sets you apart from the rest. Keep them coming!
I’m a sophomore playing jv and varsity as a slot and being short! I’m 5’6 as a slot on varsity as a sophomore but I always thank god that I have speed and shiftynes thank u so much the advice was definitely helpful I got the head recruiters number of Penn state so that’s good
I attend pike highschool which is actually down the street from the colts complex and I’ve been on varsity since freshman year and I’ve yet to start and I have no offers and i just see other people getting offers around Indiana so thanks making this video. This definitely just kept me extra motivated to wait and stay patient for what is soon to come.
I’m a junior with no offer and only one good year of varsity as a sophomore, but this offseason i have bulked better than ever and have gained speed like crazy, i know if I work hard enough and not listen to the haters I can really make it
Thx this touched my heart as a 14 year old living out here in New York it's hard but i know what mind set I need thx when I make it to the league hopefully u still playing god bless
Senior kicker in highschool...these tips have never been more true. Hoping to go to college maybe at Ferris State...maybe even the NFL eventually. Longest field goal is 58 yards
So I'm glad you put this video out. The good thing is it can be applied to other stuff other that D1 Football. I look forward to you doing well in the NFL brother. Keep it up
I have a few others that could be helpful. Always believe that you have a chance. And don’t surround yourself with people that tell you otherwise. Lastly patience and perseverance are key.
As a receiver and db this helps me a lot I’m shorter and I come from a unknown high school not many people In my high school become d1 athletes so even though he’s in my opinion the best rookie from a while in the draft I’m confident but chances are low for me btw favorite player
I’m here to help if you will do anything to make it and you want it as bad as you want to breath tell me I can help you get there. It’s insanely hard and takes a TON of consistency and determination. Tell me your ht weight age and class
Hi Michael, great video! i want to let you know that i like your videos and compliment you for your openness and approachability !!! stay humble and a role model for the younger kids to look up to! i dont know you but you seem pretty awesome! God bless you and your family. Go ducks!! :)
Thanks Michael I’m currently chasing this dream of mine to play D1 football and get into the NFL one day I will always remember this advice especially when it’s coming from an NFL player himself
My 6 and 10 year old play baseball and love it. Both are the fastest and most athletic on their team. My 10 year old wants to play football. What would you say is a drill that is key to his development? My 10 year wants to play receiver and safety.
The reason I like him as a person so much more is because he actually wasn’t a mediocre or trash receiver he was actually a star.
He’s going to be a star in the NFL as well. He’s very similar to Michael Thomas
SO him being a star athlete is why you like him as a person? lmao. He seems like a good guy thought.
Like dockery?🤣
It runs in the family
justin killian I see him lifting a super bowl 2
I’m from Europe so it’s even harder, but I’m trying my best to play D1 ✊🏽
lasse best of luck!
Best of luck from . I'm from Ireland 🇮🇪
Same here! Brazil
I‘m from Europe too, I’m trying the Same to be a D1 athlete. I say always to me, you can do anything if you work hard for it and stay focused.🤝🏈
Best luck from german
I’m a freshman in high school and I’m already playing in Varsity so I would definitely use these tips
Really what position do you play
probably goes to a school with about 200 kids lol, or hes acually a freak
would=will
Mary hes probably just good lol or maybe even a freak. It’s not like only future 5 star recruits get moved up that early
subtle flex, I like it.
“Everybody’s race is different” for real Michael 🙏🙏
Listening to this, as a HUGE Colts fan, makes me so happy and confident we picked the best WR in the draft.
ONE of the best i mean its your opinion tho so
can’t wait till the nfl start so i can see this man play
aNdReW kOrOmA YESSSSS
never skipping reps is the most important. you gotta train your mental toughness and if you're skipping reps you're gonna be complacent real quick. you gotta be like Rock Lee!!!
Look at Michael man so inspirational.
It’s great to get tips from someone who’s actually been through the process
What’s up Michael started following u and kianna at around 10k, I’m going into my senior szn right now I’m a 3 star OLB with 15offers right now Praise God, hoping to have a big time senior season! Thankyou for the video man, God bless
Dominic Oliver D1?
Ok I see u with offers from Kansas Utah state and Arizona keep it up
Ribfog yup
@@Kaedohplaydoh yes sir all D1, couple power 5 offers too
Dominic Oliver how did you get ranked?

Micheal I play for a football team in Thousand Oaks cali. You are my idol that advice helped me and I won’t give up on my dream
Yo, Mike what’s it like having a son at 22, is it hard being a father to Utah?
I was reading it at first confused af but then i got to the end
I’m 22 23 in December my son is now 1 and honestly couldn’t imagine life without him , it will never be easy always a challenge but it’s worth it at the end 🙌
Chris Cardenas that’s not at all what he’s talking about. he isn’t acc talking about parenting he’s saying michael destroys the utah football whenever he plays them
Ali Hamed I know had to read it twice before understanding it.
Yeah he’s getting older! With Utah’s dad in the nfl they are looking good to compete in the pac 12
7th grader going through a injury, appreciate it, this video helps🏈

YizTheGreat stereotypes are real out here... you really should walk on to whatever college you’re goin to
do a walk on i promise you’ll do good

Predictions for rookie year:
Edit
830 yards
9 TD
#3 among rookie Wide Receivers in yards
Top 5 in touchdowns among rookie wide receivers
850 yards 10 tds. Philip rivers likes big receivers that can jump and get it. And he’s the only good one besides t.y Hilton.
FAX
Terrance Baller that is pretty accurate
Yeah Rivers did that with Mike Williams
This comment didnt age well
Great Advice Mike Pittman Love the video! I will have my boys watch this.
You can apply all of this to anyone who wants to be successful. Self branding, mental toughness, drive, accountability/self awareness. Solid video 💯
Love the work MICHAEL PITTMAN, Goodluck this year and god bless 🙏🏼
bro you are my inspiration good video

Have you been working hard?
How u doin rn?
Best way to go D1 is putting up good numbers, putting together good film, and attending camps.

Are you good now rn I’m injured my tibia fractured
Hey Michael, can someone who plays D3 end up playing D1 or going pro at some point ?
I was going to ask that
I know I’m not Micheal, but DM your D3 highlights to College coaches and recruits
I think so
Yeah they can my brothers friend plays naia and 3 of his teammates went to the nfl
Yes because d1 coaches recruit at d2 and d3 games my cousin jakorian Bennett played JuCo and now he’s a starter for Maryland
Love your guys channel and videos also Michaels twitch streams is one thing i look forward to on a daily basis. All you middle school and high schoolers take notes

Just 3 Tips:
1. Have the genes of a father that was an NFL running back
2. Be 6'4"
3. Workout hard
Jack Strad what about the players without athletic parents and are only 5'9 - 6'1 ?
@@peterlelis7131 workout much harder then any one with 1. 2. Lol
Leo Kahn true 😂😂
Excuse
Well my dad wasn't an NFL running back I'm not 6 ft 4 in granted about to be a freshman
Step 10 is really what I needed to hear. Thank you 🙌🏼
Michael we all support u best youtuber out here
