Soft Chiffon Cupcake Recipe Ingredients:
CAKE BATTER:
4pcs egg yolks
1/4 cup vegetable cooking oil
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cake flour
1tsp baking powder
MERINGUE:
4pcs egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup white sugar

Hi…after watching your video wanted to try out…thank you so much but for the sugar and Milk 1/2 cup is roughly how many gram cos I’m not sure the cup I wanted to use is how big
1/2 cup sugar is approx 100g, 1/2 cup milk is approx 120ml

15mins po ako magpreheat at e.set ko na ung actual temperature sa gusto kong lulutuin. Example cupcake @160degrees Celsius

Hi..sorry typo error po ung text sa video..stiff peak po talaga yan. Ung nakita nyo po sa video stiff peak po..ung soft peak kasi ung hindi masyadong pointed ung lalabas after beating the eggwhite.

Bakit yung ginawa ko my after taste na mapait? Sinunod ko naman yung tamang sukat at pamamaraan.
Bakit mapait? Wala naman tong baking soda or yeast..baking powder lng gamit ko..ilang bisis na ako gumawa ng chiffon cake never pa ako naka.experience ng mapait

Ung iba ginawa nila bali ung 1cup na all purpose flour binawasan ng 2tbsp at pinalitan ng 2tbsp na cornstarch. DIY cake flour but not yet tried using it.
Hello maam are.you sure po ban degree C sya... Still wet parin even aftr 30min for 130g C.. and 10mins for browning.. or bka farenht measure po tong 130?. salamat po
130°C po for 20mins and 150°C for 10mins..up and down heat po ung oven

Make sure po na luto na talaga before nyo po buksan ang oven. You can also turn the pan upside down habang pinapalamig

You can replace 2 tbsp of all purpose flour with 2tbsp cornstarch
